In my Stupidly Simple 5-Step process to building an online business, the 5th and final step is to REVIEW your work. It is important to act as a scientist; testing and monitoring the impact of any new change or new process in order to determine if you will keep it, adjust it or remove it.
I flipped the monetization switch on my RUclips channel almost 90 days ago and recently did a review of my channel's metrics and performance in light of this change. I was shocked by what I discovered.
A famous business saying is that when you take action, you either get the result that you wanted, or the lesson you needed. Today, I learned a very important lesson on how to run my RUclips channel and ultimately my online business.
So if you’re trying to grow a RUclips channel or at the stage where you are eligible for monetization, this video will expose:
1. What milestones you need to reach in order to be eligible for monetization.
2. What happened to the growth of my channel within the first 90 days of being monetized.
3. How much I got paid from RUclips for my first month of monetization.
4. And a whole bunch more…
If you follow what I teach and use RUclips as a lead-generation tool, the metrics associated with the growth of your channel are important to monitor.
Be sure to review these metrics after major changes, in order to make decisions that enable you to maximise the performance and growth of your channel.
The better your channel performs, and the more people it reaches. The greater the audience, the greater the potential for new leads and the more potential your business has to grow.
