James has always been a big spaghetti Western fan . That’s why they always play the ecstasy of gold from the good the bad and the ugly for they’re intro also I remember James saying the horn from the opening of The Unforgiven is the horn from that same song but reversed 🤘🏼

The vocalist is literally the only thing that stops me from listening to Dream Theatre lol. He totally kills it for me. He's vocals are maximum cheese.

Try the old material from Images & Words to Scenes From a Memory. In my opinion and the opinion of a lot of their fan base, that era is the real Dream Theater.
Definitely check out A Change of Seasons too which I think is their best work.

Hey ola, high plains drifter is a clint Eastwood western (an awesome one) but he was the director so its just a regular western, spaghetti westerns were directed by sergio leonne in italy or northern spain, but had sick soundtracks made by ennio morricone, especially the good, the bad and the ugly; check out the ecstacy of gold man 👌

Regarding the QOTD, thats what I really like about you and your channel; you don't try to be something or somebody else, you're Ola the swede and we're getting Ola the swede and whatever he might want to do...
I think its safe to say that we as followers of your content share a lot of similar intrests and ideas so what you like to do and what you think would be interesting and fun will most of the time be interesting and fun for us aswell.
That you continue to do it like that, caring for the community and doing your stuff and not somebody elses, is really admirable.

wah vocals wah bass.... wah drums. he gets a giant wah and rides it like a surfboard while using a wah pedal and autowah at the same time , and it somehow works . At the end of the song Super Hammett emerges onstage with but a single mini wah ...the love child of he and giant surfboard wah , who died giving birth to mini wah.
Kirk picks up the mini wah, now knowing heartbreak he vows never to use a wah pedal again and raises the miniwah who transitions to a flanger at the age of 32.

Kirk really only overuses wah live. He doesn’t use it on the vast majority of songs on their 5 classic albums.

I have those alumitone pickups in one of my guitars, the single coil sized neck pickup is actually a humbucker too! Just a single coil sized one (like the Seymour Duncan hotrails)
I think people watch the gaming channels because they will help people that are stuck on a spot in a game. That is what me and my wife do. Your channel is great.
The way Jim Carrey reacted to Pantera was very similar to the way I reacted to Master of Puppets the 1st time I heard it 20 years ago. I remember it vividly. My hair razed. I never heard anything like it.

12:00 lol That reminds me a lot of my Squire Bullet. Cheap 100 dollar guitar, but it has a bright orange body with a black pickguard. Doesnt sound too bad either with the one humbucker at the bridge, but it was the color that drew me to it. And for just 100 bucks (brand new) I couldnt resist lol
I got some Lace Xbar and Deathbar pickups and the ones in that telecaster sound exactly the same as the ones I got and I felt the same about the sound. The mids are scooped big time on the pickup, but I ultimately decided to remove them from the guitar they were in.
That Eva telecaster is so cool! About the FFXIV strat, it does show up for sale on Fender's website here in the uk! Maybe they brought some to Europe?

Hey Ola, I recently purchased my first Fender Strat. I picked up the American Pro II in that gorgeous blue and black. When I plugged it in I was incredibly worried I got a lemon so I had a tech go through it and apparently it's just fine. As a metal head with heavy hands, I cannot seem to press lightly enough towards the nut for steady intonation. Have you ever purchased a hyped up guitar only to be let down? Would you trade the Strat or throw a single coil sized humbucker in the bridge? What can I practice to keep my fret pressure low when playing deep frets like a Strat? Thank you
