In this story, a girl breaks up with her boyfriend because she feels tired of the relationship and the stress it brings. He accepts that, and blocks her on social media. She reaches out and expresses how she is not happy that he blocked her. He explains that he believes it is the best move for him.

You know what, if your ex is bothered by being blocked or unfriended, she needs to know the consequences of breaking up with you.

I finally blocked my ex sent her a text I’m tired of her saying she wants space to find herself and then coming back every month saying she still thinks of me and wants me just isn’t ready .. then I find out she’s dating around keeping me on the back burner and just using me as attention and crap like that . I told her how I feel on a good note .. I’m waiting for that hate text .. lol I can’t keep doing that I need to work on my self and move on .. I dont hate her I still love her but I can’t and won’t be treated like that not after 3 years

She's just mad he didn't want to stick around. I did this too, I accepted it, wished her well it keep it simple, wasn't trying to get into a long convo about it, kept it simple.
So after that ,I instantly, deleted the chat from my side, deleted her number. For a couple weeks she started to heavily stalk me, the after a month of that ,I thought to myself, I don't see why you're all of a sudden looking at my stuff still, almost as if she expected me to stick around. So then I took the decision to block , and deleted any history of her calling too.
I think it's been about 3 months now, I feel detoxted. New job and moved out for the first time.

Well DONE! Breakups are never easy, but sometimes the simple solution is to go all in on accepting the situation and blocking them completely. It's not easy, but what's the alternative?
I blocked my ex immediately after we got off the phone conversation (her wanting to break up) I did this out of anger and reaction. I was angry bc she begged me to move in with her AND was trying to get pregnant basically our entire relationship and the way up until about 10 days before the breakup. Which left me high and dry because I had to be out of my current apartment in 4 days and had no where else to go since my plan was to move in with her. So yea, I was PISSED. I wanted her Out of my head and out of my life immediately. I also almost lost my job since I had put in my two week notice and then last minute rebuked and said I wasn’t moving anymore and they had already hired my replacement. Luckily, they didn’t/haven’t fired me. But having her blocked has helped me stay more focused on myself my career making changes etc. was it the right decision? I really don’t know. Is my heart broken? Yea, it’s a breakup and I could tell she was talking to a new guy already (women almost always do that before they breakup with you) and that really hurt my pride and ego. Do I want to be with her? I cannot answer that question honestly. I am very confused right now. But I have been in a situation like this before and I always ended up just putting my full effort into reinventing myself. REINVENT YOURSELF FIRST. Sometimes the ex ended up back in my life sometimes they didn’t. The question of will my ex come back is usually a 50/50. Who wants someone back after they gave up on u. Take them back and it’s much easier for them to dump u again....stop holding on to something that’s dead
Man she was hiding something from me I don’t know what to do I asked her if ur ex keep blackmailing or something I and she said no and every time I asked her out she says she’s so tired and later on I block her from everything I told her that it hurts me so much that not to spend time with me so she bagged me to unblock her so I did again she made me feel like shit i felt like I was begging for her to go out so again I explained her the things ur doing to me hurts me so much and I told her I don’t wanna be like this day after day I’m getting hurt I can’t even focus on my work couldn’t sleep .. it’s been 1 days after blocking her from everything

need answers ASAP you guys, my ex broke up with me, and 3 days later invited me to her house, in which I went.. We spent the night together, and was all cuddled up together, as if we were still together, then she texts me, sending pictures and telling me she loves.. Then a few days later tells me she doenst know what she wants.. Then blocks my number and deletes me on facebook.. I'm so confused, if you blocked my phone number, why not block me on facebook, why just unfriend me.. Been in NC for a month and 5 days.. I got absolutely no closure.. Had a nasty breakup earlier this year, was on the cards for a while, she deleted me off IG a few weeks before and we had mini breakups leading to the final axe which I guess was inevitable. We were still connected on FB for 6 months afterwards but I got sick of seeing her face on FB messenger and a few of her shitty friends commented on my stuff occasionally which means they were checking up on me. I also know she is connected on FB to all her significant exs, some of whom message her occasionally and she checks on those she doesn't including one that cheated on her with her best friend... allegedly.
I never looked at her FB page however and just decided to delete and block all of them around the 6 month mark. In part I hated her popping up and being reminded of her and the shitty relationship and also I wanted my privacy as I had zero interest in following her life. I'm fine with that decision but I sometimes wonder what message that sends as I will see her at some point, not that it matters what the hell she thinks in the scheme of things, just would prefer it wasn't perceived as a sign of weakness or need as I do not want her back. Note she is very narcissistic.
I've moved on, got a better place, fit and doing well.

My ex blocked me after we broke up,we where dating for a year and 95% of it was great,two occasions in 5 weeks one when i was drunk caused the break up,im devastated and i miss her so much,we went 5 weeks without talking and i messaged her on the only thing im.not blocked on to apologise for how i reacted to the break up,i told.her to never speak to me again which i didnt mean i was just upset at the time,we had a civil chat and then she said everything had been said and deleted me again 💔 its been 8 days now since the last conversation and i havent seen her for two months its killing me and i just dont know where to go or what to do i miss her terribly 😭💔 your videos are helping me though thanks alot
