My manager is sexist and other people have complained but he is getting away with it. He also favors certain ethnicities and people who kiss up to him. He doesn’t like me because I don’t put up with any bullying and he thinks I should because I’m under him and thinks I’m rude because I have boundaries. I’m the youngest one and I know they’re judging me and using their power to get me out. They don’t want me working there and I’m looking for a new job
