I like the "Just Kidding" suggestion. My husband and son got caught in a late winter storm on their way home from Pittsburgh last night. They had to pull off into a church parking lot cause the roads were too icy going thru the mountains! Please pray for their safe travels home guys.
I'll be praying for them! That is scary. So glad they got off the road.

Hi everyone at Lumnah Acres :) Seeing Ginas face when she over did the thyme reminded me of the time my dad was cooking a stew, and grabbed the wrong jar from the spice rack and added something that he shouldn't have. To rectify what he'd done, and to mask what he described as an awful taste, so as not to waste good food, he spent ages throwing all sorts of things into the pot, including a couple of different mustards and the end result was the best tasting stew he had ever made or would ever make again, because he could never replicate it due to having no idea what exactly he'd put in :)

My grandfather did something like that. He cooked up a lovely stew, thickened it, and sat down to his meal. Instead of flour to make a slurry he had grabbed the powdered sugar canister. That explained why he had to use so much to make it thick. He ended up at the local cafe down at the settlement for his dinner.

Isn't that the truth. I've accidently dumped too much of a spice in a few times myself. The sprinkler part wasn't on. That makes for some strong stuff.
Just love Gina’s cooking at the end of most shows. She cooks like most of us regular folk. Relaxing.

I use to hang my tools like that. Now I use a fifty gallon drum. Takes up less room along a wall. All the walls in my shop and utility shed are taken up with shelves or peg board.
My first though was "Just Kidding", and I see several others have suggested the same. Or "Kid's Room", "Doeternity Ward" or "New Kidshire"

Not sure if you know about checking for ligaments, but you can figure out when she's getting ready to kid based on how thick/soft her ligaments are next to her tail. When she's still got time they will feel kind of like pencils (thicker and stiffer), when she's nearing time to kid, they will soften and get thinner until they all but disappear, which is go time. Good decision. Things can go wrong quickly when cutting down a tree on a calm day. Did they make it through the winter?
The fall in the video above did not look bad from the camera's angle. But so glad he took the time to make a video about it. One can never be too careful.

Good on you, Gina - helping Al make good choices. A tree could have fallen on him. Cutting trees can be dangerous on its on; but, add wind as a factor - whoa.

The tool rack was a great repurpose. It looks like it needs some cross bars to keep things from falling through. Just running some of those long screws all the way through and into the back plate would do. Al never lay a rake, hoe or fork on the ground with the sharp side up, and never hang them on a wall with the sharp side facing out. Too easy to snag on (or slice) you or things you are carrying as you walk past.
That guy throwing the hay bales sure knew what he was doing!
No he didn't!!! He missed Al every time!!!! lol

Al, with all that scrap lumber you have you could very easily build a fold-up shutter for the breeding stall. When the stall isn't in use and you need darkness there for onions, growing mushrooms or -? just fold them down and you won't ruin a binbag every time.
