Totally understand buying used and changing all the fluids. Moving forward you can go with the Honda Maintenance minder it will tell you when to change Coolant, Transmission Fluid, etc. If you didn't get the owners manual you can go online and get from Honda as a PDF at no charge. If you create a login and put in you VIN you can also log your own self service records I would also recommend printing them out just in case they vanish from Honda's site...

If you want your engine to look new and very shiny, black and spotless. You can always go to your closest Honda dealership and have it go through an engine wash and service that I normally do every 6 moths on my Honda Mobilio RS.

What if my fans don’t come on? I waited about 20 minutes and my temperature stays at the middle if not, a little Bit less than the half way mark on the temperature gauge and my fans did not kick on, I had my heat up and blasting while trying to release the air out of the radiator and I even drove my car, idk if the fans came on when I was driving my car, but the temperature didn’t spike it just stayed at the half way mark

You might want to check your fuse or swap a relay and see if that helps!
