It hits hard because you realize each one of them has been through some fucked up moments without any respite. To finally see family, true family, after they lost so much...
I’ll always say Jon and Sansa’s hits the hardest just because they were the least close of all the siblings, yet after everything that happened, it brought them much closer
It hits the hardest bc it was in season 6 when the showrunners still cared (at least a bit). Later, it was just „get over with the series and move on to Star Wars“ (hah, which never happened after they butchered GoT & Disney realized the 2 were just smoke & mirrors)
@@ronnitv1537 Arya's hands were covered by the fur coat, and when she hugged Bran, she didn't just hugged him, she literally jumped on him on the cart and Bran probably couldn't move his hands xd So yeah

It seems like Jon was everyone’s favorite sibling. Sansa and Arya had their thing with little finger, but Sansa and Jon ruled the north together for little while, bran smiled and welcome Jon, and Arya from the start has made it clear that Jon was the favorite.
I just started rewatching GoT for some reason.. ( probably because of House of The Dragon ) and in the very first episode Jon was the coach of Bran's archery lesson, Jon stood by his side when Ned beheaded the poor guy, and overall, everyone loves Jon clearly. And Jon was the Only one Bran smiled at and he actually looked like he is proud of Jon for what he accomplished. other than that every scene was wholesome, only Arya facepalmed Sansa, and apart from Jon Bran facepalmed everyone but we know Bran is not "truly Bran" anymore, and his body is more likely just a vessel for the three eyed raven.
They would have the same reactions to Robb if he was alive. It’s just an older sibling thing. As much as Caitlyn hated Jon she’s couldn’t make “siblings “ hate him. Maybe Sansa but I wouldn’t say hate she more or less just saw Jon differently purely out of political perspective because she was groomed to be a pawn politically.
Sansa is pretty reserved towards Jon in the books because she was closest to her mother and learned all that vile thinking from her. She doesn’t think often about Jon in the books (but she has no bad opinion of him) until after she becomes Alaine, where she starts to think that she understands Jon‘s situation better due to being out in a similar spot.
Sansa has been at the mercy of so many cruel and evil men, she must have felt so powerless but had to stay strong to stay safe, so to finally be in the arms of a man she knows will not hurt her must have been so relieving
Seeing them be emotional and vulnerable to one another after seeing how hardened the world has made them just makes their reunions hit that much harder. Sansa and Jon’s especially makes me shed a tear every time, they’ve both been through hell (Jon literally died) and were powerless to stop their family from being slaughtered, so finally get to see another person with their blood be alive and safe must’ve been indescribable
They played each reunion from least emotional to most emotional. Ironically the only one to hug Sansa back was their cousin Jon, and he waited to see her reaction before he reacted.
@@payday9448 no Rickon died second of the siblings for stupid reasons, literally because Dan and Dave didn't want him in the first place so they used him for a shock death when he is literally the only chance House Stark can survive. Robb is dead, Jon is a Targaryen, Bran can't have kids apparently while Sansa and Arya by northern custom take their husbands name upon marriage. If George RR Martin ever finishes the series I hope Rickon survives
Jon Snow was the only Stark (just because he's father is Rhaegar doesn't mean he isn't a Stark) to see most of Starks since S1 at least once after S5. Arya, Bran, and Sansa never get to see Rickon or Uncle Benjen Stark (Bran saw Benjen).
Jon might have Targaryen blood, but he never was, is not, and never will be a Targaryen. He is more Ned than all of Ned's children. He is a true Stark.
I love how Sansa greets everyone with a huge warm hug. Even though her family has gone through hell and are obviously withdrawn and cold. Sansa still maintains a nurturing warmth when reuniting
The only thing I don't like about season 8 is how John got sent away and also would have liked it if Arya stayed. But how was it supposed to happen in the books?
Because of Ned Stark,, all the Stark family members learned very valuable lesson.. this Game of Thrones tell only about Stark and the First Men, the others just.... garlic
Benjen is such an underrated stark. He loved ned children as his own, serve in the night’s watch on his on volition, still sacrifice his life to save Jon, a bastard (which he never knew until he died that Jon was Lyanna son). He also went through the same pain ned goes through and even worse because ned goes to the eyrie and benjen was closer to lyanna and brandon. I honestly would love to see more of benjen story and his perspective.
I don't know if anyone will read this, but I was watching the series again for the second time. It occured to me that I most enjoy how two characters interact. Each set of characters has a different tone. Sansa and Joffrey. Obviously this is a disgusting pair to observe. It evokes an emotion in the audience. The hound and Arya. A classic pair. My personal favorite is Brienne and Jamie. What is your favorite character pairing? I enjoy how a pairing evolves through the story. For instance, Breaking bad has a pairing that evolves from the first episode to the last episode.
Jon actually replaced NED. He is the real Stark. After the separation, he met Bran, Sansa, Arya, Uncle Benjen and Rickon. Others didn't have that privilege
I hate that bran was so stoic when sansa hugged him. Yes i get that he is the three eyed raven and shit. But man, hug your sister. Shed a tear. You all have been through shit. You deserve to be embraced by your loved ones.
one of the best videos I've seen. the two best were Samsa with Snow and Snow kissing Bran's forehead. Big brother ❤️ Edit: Samsa with Bran so lovely too Edit 2: In memory of Robb and Rikon 😢😢😢
Watching this, one thing stands out so much, the importance of family that often when living together especially as children and teenagers there is never the closeness and expression of love for your brothers or sisters that comes about due to 'years' of being away from each other. I am now at 71 years old who fell out with my father and mother when young and lost contact with them as well as my younger brother, now regret so much for doing so. I have tried to trace him but been unable to do, I so much would want to do what I saw in this video but sadly doubt I ever will and die not being able to say how sorry I am.
Thank you for uploading this video but for the next time could you please turn down the volume of the music it was the GoT musik but i really would have prefered to hear what they said to each other. the reinion of arya and jon was played very often but arya and bran was so important and I never heard what he said.

IKR?! 4 out of the 6 siblings survived and gotten stronger and wiser!! Such great character developments.
I felt sad for Sansa too, she really had to endure Ramsey they Psycho
Except Bran. Others got fked up saving Bran on many occasions.

The reunions were always my favorite part of the show. All them had such character defining arcs.
The matching of the actor who played the young Ned Stark (his name escapes me) was well done , his match to Sean Bean was near perfect.
Even its just a show Ned Stark was the most honourable character..respect the love for his family matters ❤
Uncle Benjen made me cry so much
Uncle Benjen is also great Stark .
This was fantastically done. Thank you
Ned Stark, what a great man, what a great father, what a great role model and what a great human being
Man, Bran has such a wealth of emotion that I was nearly brought to tears when he is reunited with his beloved family.
Just always bugged me that Bran is so damn robotic. Like damn least crack a smile and a tear or 2 at least. 😶🤖
His old self was lost, being the three eyed raven came at that cost
He's not Bran anymore.
The person he half smiled for was Jon. He leaned into Arya’s hug, but Sansa just got a cold dead look. Must be his least favorite
