I agree. I love the novelty items. Back in the early 2000’s I bought a pumpkin 🎃 face mask from BBW, it had real pumpkin in it, it smelled so good an actually was great for inflammation and hydration. I miss it. Haha 😛
I still have some of the face masks from that collection, it was so fun when they had the Autumn themed skin care that year! 🎃

I still have my At the Beach shower jelly! I plan on using it this summer, along with the aloe cool gel in the same scent! It's a good summer combo! I've not seen At the Beach in a candle...well...except it was in a wallflower bulb, and in store they had tester candles so you can smell them. Then during a SAS in the past they clearanced those tester candles so technically that's the only candle that's been available that I've ever seen! 😅
It was tough to narrow it down, especially since my favorites vary depending on my mood and the time of year since I love to be seasonally matching with my fragrance! 🧼 Thanks so much for watching!

I'm so glad you like the videos! 🤗🥰 Actually, Sundrenched Linen is probably my favorite of all of the cotton/laundry themed scents I've smelled from BBW, but I can't really have them as both my mom and I have kind of like an allergic reaction to cottony scents! 🤦♀️ But I do think it smells good! 😂
That Waikiki beach perfume bottle is sooo pretty! I hope they bring back the Santa’s short bread again it’s so talked about in the BBW community. I also loved the gingerbread latte body care I remember wearing that everyday and people at work always complimented me saying I smelled like a bakery lol.
I agree, I love how they package their perfumes! 🤩 It was barely talked about in my area, actually any gourmand fragrance usually gets ignored where I live. But when I found out that people love them on the online community I was like "Okay it's not just me who loves these 🤣" Oh yeah, I miss Gingerbread Latte, I'd love for that one to make a comeback! 🥰

One year, and one year only, they had Island White Sands which was pretty much Fiji White Sands except in body care form! Waikiki is the closest body care, I'd say! 🌴🥥
Love Summer Boardwalk!!!! It’s one of my all time favorites! I’m fixing to burn my second one of the year. It gives me Fall vibes too! I just bought the Cider Lane candle for the first time ever the other day. It smells so good! I can’t wait until September to burn it!!!
I'm going to burn Summer Boardwalk in just a few days! I'm finishing up a single wick of Pink Lemonade right now. Summer Boardwalk will be the first candle to transition me into gourmand Autumnal scents! 🍂 Ooo I hope you enjoy your Cider Lane too!
I have a Small hoard of Coconut Leaves from 2015-16 -ish such a great candle we haven't seen in forever!! I agree Vanilla Snowflake is Amazing!! Waikiki beach coconut is a fave also. I haven't tried the Coconut pineapple Bodycare which im surprised bc i love coconut and i love pineapple. But i do own and LOVE the plain "Coconut" from that line which smells just like Coco-Shea Coconut if you remember that one,,, i also have a few Coco-Shea coconut single wick candles which are very hard to come by. I love Santas Blueb shortbread straight from the bottle but certain gourmand scents smell weird on my body,, others are Berry waffle cone and Raspberry jam donut. I like more fresh perfumey scents on me,,, a thousand wishes, youre the one, fairytale, dahlia are a few faves. As far as Gourmand scents go Beach Nights the original is my #1.
Sounds like we have similar tastes, I love all of those! Oh yeah, I have the plain Coconut one as well. I'm glad it smells like the Coconut Cocoshea because that line didn't have a spray come with it so I like pairing it all together! 🥥 I have a Cocoshea Honey single wick but not the coconut...nice find! 😮 Hmm something that all three of those scents have in common that smell weird on your skin is kind of that pie crust/graham cracker note. I wonder if that's the one throwing it off for you! I enjoy Beach Nights as well! 😊
I want that packaging of fiji white sands candle lol. I really hope they bring back flamingo Beach candle. I agree I wish they'd do more novelty like items. Especially stuff with squirrels I know they did a mini spray with a squirrel on it but I think they could of did it differently where it'd he more cute. Like the glitter squirrel candle holder and squirrel globe. I wish they'd bring back the body spray holders those were so beautiful but I unfortunately never bought any. I hate when they change or discontinue certain things
I loved that tropical candle collection, with the fun and bright colors including the lids! They had Flamingo Beach a couple of different years so I bet it'll come back eventually! 🦩 Agreed! I know that squirrel...actually I think it was a chipmunk(?) looked so derpy! 🤓 Hahaha poor lil guy!

@@MelissaC I love a good ⛈⛈⛈ but im sure you would of rather had sunshine on your special day. I hope aside from the ⛈ you had a birthday filled with happiness and love. I hope you felt as special as you are. I love gourmand scents as well. Pecan pumpkin waffles is one of my favorite fall candles. I am not big on pumpkin spiced smells tho so a lot of the candles like punpkin carving i cant do. I love all things fall and halloween but i have a weak stomach and get headaches fast so some of the stronger smells dont work for me. Thankfully i can do ones like vampire blood, ghoul friend haunted nights (my all time fav!) I also loveee hot cocoa and scream!

I love Pumpkin Pecan Waffles! One of the best! I haven't burned it for a long time, but it was one of the first Fall candles I've tried. Definitely going to grab one this Fall! 🎃
Oh that makes sense about some candles being too much. That can happen to me sometimes, where I don't mind the smell or I even enjoy the scent but the candle is just too overwhelming. At least you know what you can and can't do. 👍 They seem to be making more Halloween products, and ones with scents that vary from the traditional Autumnal scents which is good for variety! I love Hot Cocoa and (S)Cream! I usually burn the Christmassy packaging of it during Wintertime but it's so cute they made it into a Halloween one as well! 👻
@@MelissaC its hot here the last two days today its 97 🥵🥵🥵 but its my sons birthday so no way to avoid going out in this heat. I am so ready for fall. This is going to sound crazy but im not huge on Christmas decor or smells. I know right?! Lol. My husband ordered me a hot cocoa and cream candle on ebay (bbw did not have any at the time) and i picked one that was fallish and they sent me a christmas one i was not happy 🤣🤣 i know its the same scent but i like hot cocoa and scream more for packaging and scream instead of cream lol. But i just never got into Christmas much always been a halloween junkie. My dad tells me and my best friend who is basically my sister we like halloween too much. I wish the Marshmallow Fireside was less musky to me. At least the soap is musky to me. I love everything marshmallow! 🤍 My favorite pumpkin candle is Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun. I’m excited to try Strawberry Soda this SAS!
I know what you mean, if it were any more woodsy or musky it would be too much for me too. Thankfully it's right at my threshold of what I find as a good balance between woodsy and gourmand! I would love more marshmallow scents! I love Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, and lately I've been enjoying Fireside Flurries which has Marshmallow and Lavender in it!

Agreed! I especially love using them in the summer. They're fun to use too! I feel like they did more experimenting around 2017-2019 in product forms and I miss the variety from those years!

@@MelissaC HIM is one of my favorite bands 💜💜 I had 1 Moisturizer Lotion of the 🍍🥥 from last year left. I picked up the shower gel, lotion, and spray on Saturday at 50% off and stacked the 20% coupon with it. I did want to risk waiting for 75% as my store didn’t have much of it💜💜

I definitely went through a Finnish rock band phase when I was in junior high and even though I don't look the part much anymore, I still feel goth on the inside every now and then! 🤣 Yes I'm running the risk right now if losing the ones I want to pick up right now. I still have coconut pineapple, strawberry soda, and the entire carnival collection I still want but am waiting to see if any of them mark down. Question: Now that B&BW lists only 2 or 3 notes what are ur thoughts on the real scent notes. Are there really only 3 or did they do that to help simply packaging? I personally miss the longer scent list. That way, you knew everything that was in it! Now a days, you'll smell something that won't be listed, makes u wonder if it's your nose or something in the scent not listed.

I definitely think that this was a change in order to simplify packaging. Not only do I miss the larger array of scent notes included, but I miss it when they used to add a little sentence or two that sets the scene and describes it! Some of the older products have that little scene-setting paragraph! Perfume fragrances consist of sets of base notes, middle notes, and top notes. Each tier evaporates at different times so that your fragrance has a complete experience to it, and it takes much more than 2-3 specific scents to create the concoctions that BBW makes! I hope they go back to listing them all like they used to! It's also handy because they often sneak in notes that are used frequently like musk, sandalwood, fresh air, etc...things that aren't as strong of fragrances on their own, but help build other scents. For me personally, I know that if something has a base note of sandalwood, I tend to like it. On the other hand, when things include musk, I know that note doesn't normally sit well on my skin, so it does help me with decision making too! Haha sorry, I wrote you a novel right back! 🤣
why was the Blueberry Shortbread brown an not blue colored in the bath gel?
Probably just for contrast so the imagery on the bottle would pop more is my guess! Or maybe it was brown because of the shortbread 🤣
I dont like the twisted peppermint its too sweet my favorite is crushed candy cane or the peppermint marshmallow. I like summer boardwalk too. Hot cocoa and cream is my all time favorite candle and body care.
Peppermint Marshmallow is my favorite of all of the peppermint scents, but I do like some Crushed Candy Cane as well! Hot Cocoa & Cream is 🤤🤤

Agreed, they are so cute! I was thinking of using them, but it's getting to the point know that they are what I consider "rare/old school" enough that I don't want them to ever get used up so I'm thinking they are just collectibles for me now too! 😋🎃
