I got a Pink Watermelon body cream to keep in my station at work and was very excited until I used it and realized that watermelon scent does NOT vibe with my body chemistry at ALL! 😭 It immediately turns very bitter on my skin. Womp womp
Oh no, that's so weird! I've had a couple scents smell good in store/in the bottle then when I put it on it's like "that's a solid no" 🤣 One of them I always think about was Strawberry Jasmine from years ago. It smelled like chinese takeout sweet n sour sauce on my skin! 😂 Not the vibe I was going for!

The cacao rose oil and scrub is sold out online but I purchased 2 of each for in store pick up for 4.95 and 20% off! Such a steal! That's way more than 75% off since they are like 19.50 each 🥰

@@MelissaC yes I did a BOPIS order but unfortunately it was cancelled; my store doesn’t have the scents I like for sale so I tried to buy online but it just didn’t work out :(
I found champagne sprinkles body cream on a $3 table at an outlet that I used to work at. There wasn't any of the ffm, so i was bummed about that, but I was so happy to at least get the body cream. At that outlet location, there are always the $3 and $2 tables, so I didn't go too crazy during my little haul, but that item is one of the things I was really happy with.: ) congratulations on two thousand subscribers!

@@MelissaC It was a really fun job! just not good hours. I loved the constant change of floor sets when I was able to work them, and we always had really amazing clearance tables with great selections on them and I also really loved getting gratis, which is where most of my collection has come from. So many people would travel from the big city to come to our little town store (in TX) to avoid crowds especially during SAS and candle day. We always have a $7 wall of classic body care, and many people would specifically come in just for those items like beautiful day, paris amour, cucumber melon, twilight woods ect.
@@samathaspeaking Yeah, I know scheduling was definitely one of my least favorite parts about working there. 😫 But I agree on gratis, that part was one of the more fun parts for sure! 🤩
Aw man that sounds so cool! Wow, I think the closest outlet to me is like...two states away! 😂 One day if I'm on some crazy road trip maybe it will happen! I know if I got within a few hours of one I would make the effort! I love that they carry the classics all the time, I didn't know about the $7 wall!

My store is similar to yours in that they don’t have much of the Fun Fair collection even STILL today lol I went in on the first day of SAS they only had Cotton Candy Clouds. I went back on Monday and they had the full set of CCC and the bubble gum shower gel. I asked the manager and she wasn’t even aware that there were more scents 🤦🏽♀️ I mentioned the Cinnamon Donut and she had never heard of it! She told me some were online only and I didn’t want to be rude and say they are supposed to be in stores so I just said thanks I’ll check online lol I went back on Friday and they still didn’t have Orange Twist or tbt Cinnamon Donut but they did finally have tbt bubble gum fragrance mist.

I was excited to see some of the body care had went down to $4.95 today so I went in store and got more cotton candy clouds 😂, bubble gum mist, and Midnight Swim. I was almost out from my set last year and with the extra 20% off it makes them so cheap! I still haven’t found any 3 wicks in my store but they usually don’t have many if they have any at all.
I was excited to find Pastel Skies cleansing body mousse for 75% off and also Fresh Getaway mini perfume! I haven’t found any body butters but I’m on the hunt for those and for 3 wicks!
I’ll go back probably on Friday and I do have one online order coming. Loved seeing what all you picked up!!
Geez Louise! That's so weird/awkward...lol! I know I took BBW more seriously than most of my coworkers and went out of my way to check what was going on online and in the emails, etc so I could be knowledgeable and help people but mainly because I wanted to know for my own sake too! 😂 It's weird that the manager didn't realize they were supposed to get them in and didn't hear of that one scent. 🤷♀️ I just got home not too long ago from my store and picked up what they had of the carnival collection which was: All 3 of Cotton Candy Clouds, Bubblegum Pop in shower gel and mist (I know they didn't make any moisturizers of it sadly), and Orange Vanilla Twist in the mist. No shower gel of the 🍊🍦 and none of the Cinnamon Sugar Donut! 😕 But I was happy to have found the others! I'll see if I can complete any of it with an online order now...
Yeah, and there were so many more 3 wicks that were 75% off that I didn't grab too...it was a good selection in my location this time around! 😊 I'm looking forward to the Hope candle, as I enjoyed trying out the body care of it last Christmastime!

Bubblegum Pop is $4.95 a piece today!! 🎉🥳 Oh yeah, I can see the similarity now that you mention it...a creamy fruity note (velvet peach/melon) paired with a warm toasted note (marshmallow/bronzed vanilla) I like both of them! 🥰

You picked up some great deals! Here in Canada, the fall and winter candles were only 50% off so I left them alone. For 75% off, I found Watermelon Lemonade, The Perfect Spring, Sun-Washed Citrus, and one called Daydream that I've never heard of before. Now I'm holding out to find the best deals available for hand soaps.
Hi, Diana! That's funny how different the deals and selections are in the Canadian stores! Those are some good picks from the 75% off area though! Oh yeah, I remember, Daydream (the one with the rainbow stripes) was originally launched in early winter/spring of 2020, right before the COVID lockdowns happened! I think the hold shut down business stole its thunder and distracted people from the fact that it ever existed. 🤣 It got repackaged in body care as Confetti Daydream. 😊 I hope you find some good hand soap deals soon! 😁

I picked up some of the strawberry poundcake hand soaps at the sale. Sunset glow is one of my favorite scents. I want to pick up some of the new items at the sale if they go any lower in the price. Fantastic haul!

Yes!! I will put a walk through of the old store on my video ideas list. I'm obsessed with the old branding! 😍 I also have a lot of pictures from when I worked there since I used to have to take pics of tables, and I never deleted them! 😅 I also plan on doing a "vintage" bbw product collection video as well, it will be so fun! Why does the sale prices vary so much from store to store? My store has the brunch collection on 75% off. Also why doesnt online sale match the in store pricing? I find that to be kinda odd 🤔 haha i just bought sunset glow for the first time also and I really do love it as a transition to fall or fall scent. I also decided to try fairytale as well and fell in love with both of them. Im confused about fairytale though bc ppl on the internet are saying its veing discontinued but my store assocoates say no its just veing repackaged. Not sure which is true. I was lucky and picked up the peppermint marshmallow on day 1 official day of sas I was so happy 😊 love the peppermint candles and hot cocoa for Christmas 🎄.
The brunch collection is 75% off in my store now too, I just filmed this before they marked it down! 😁 Things keep continuing to go lower and lower in price...it's so dangerous! 🤣 I think online they just have an abundance of select items, while it is solely dependent on what the store did or didn't sell in the previous season, so that's why stock can completely vary. I assume that the price varies for that reason...too difficult to account for everything and it's probably just easier for them to make the online all a certain way. But I have no clue! Normally, in store is better for treasure hunting and better 75% off stuff, but that 20% off entire online purchase is calling my name tonight! 😂 Ooo I think Sunset Glow would make a great transitional fragrance. I haven't heard officially that Fairytale is going to be repackaged, but the employees who see the paperwork and next season's marketing come in would know better than people online who are just fans/customers. I would not be surprised if it were repackaged! It would make sense why they are clearancing out the old packaging. 😊 Oooo Peppermint Marshmallow is so good! I love those scents for Christmastime too!
