Hello people in the comments section! 😁 I want to know: What favorite hobby have you been enjoying so far this Spring? Which new hobby would you like to try this season? 🌱
1. For me, I have been getting back into playing Dance Dance Revolution because I forgot how much fun and how good of a workout it is! I used to play it a lot when I was in 4th-6th grade, then forgot about it since my dance mat at home broke (and our arcade closed in town! 😭) But Jose surprised me with my own dance mat so I can play at home and practice more often! 🪩💃
2. For a new hobby I'd like to try, I want to get more into arts and crafts! I have a couple of little projects in mind that have something to do with Y2K nostalgia. You'll just have to wait and see in my next upcoming vlog! 💿

I don't always comment on your videos but I do watch every single one of them though. But I somehow missed this one and just watched it now while drinking tea 😊 My spring hobbies are gardening, drinking fruity teas, go for walks, and cuddling with my kids while watching it rain

I just got an app called Yuka that you scan products and it tells you the ingredients.. I took up wreath making recently, and love reading and watching Hallmark with my Goldendoodle Higgins lol My daughter and I enjoy gardening. 📚🪴☕️🐶😎

We've been trying to get more walks in over here too, although with seasonal allergies, it's been a little bit challenging! 🤧😅 Wreath making sounds like a lot of fun! What kind of wreath have you made most recently? 🌿 Also have you gotten your garden started yet this season? I just put in peas, spinach, and radishes last weekend and they are just starting to germinate! 🌱 I can't wait until all of the plants are big and bushy!
So fun that you visited Portland and Powells Books! I live an hour away and spend a lot of time there since my boyfriend lives there. You almost need a whole day to look at everything in Powells haha!
Some hobbies I want to pick up again this spring are reading more, playing guitar and gardening. This video was so inspiring to get me out gardening again! Thank you!!

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed making this, so I'm glad you like it! 🤗 Any book lover MUST visit Powell's bookstore at some point. It was wonderful, and my best advice is to bring a canvas bag or two for your haul, or plan on buying a book bag while you're there. And plan on spending the whole day there, there is so much to look at! We spent about 3-4 hours during our first visit, then we went one more time and spent another 1.5 hours! 😂 I could have stayed even longer. Our state has went from no tornados practically to too many to count! It’s horrible. Spring is rough. But I’d love to plant some flowers this year from seeds!! ❤
Wow, tornados?! That's crazy! I've thankfully never experienced one before, but I hope you're staying safe/not having too much damage from them! 🙏 I highly recommend planting flower seeds! It's so nice caring for them until it's warm enough to transplant them outside! 🌱🌷 What kinds of flowers do you want to have?
Currently, I have been trying to take a walk at least 5 times a week. This spring I would like to add 3 new quick breads to my repertoire, take up cross-stitch again, and finish my Sims Random Legacy Challenge since I am on generation 3 and need to get to 10 to complete it.
I want to do all of those things too! (except maybe my craft of choice will be something easier, cross stitch looks more challenging/impressive than what my crafting skill is capable of currently! 😅) That reminds me, I need to check up on my Sims too, it's been too long and I was in the middle of a build I wanted to finish! 🏠 Sounds like lots of fun!

I got lost multiple times in that bookstore! 😅 Sometimes Jose and I would split up to look at different genres and we'd have to call each other and be like "Wait, what room are you in? I'm lost!" 🤣📚
@@CelineFerocious Hahaha I know! I finally was able to acquire a DDR mat so I can play at home now and practice back up to speed! When I was in 4th grade, my sister and I put ourselves through our own Summer vacation DDR boot camp and would challenge ourselves to get perfect scores/level up a difficulty, so that's when I did most of my "getting good" at it. Now I'm rusty and feel like the Tin Man needing his oil can. 🤣 But it's so much fun and so nostalgic (and you know how I am about y2k nostalgia! LOL)

The orchestra was the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Kevin Zakresky (for the Portland show) and the rock band was comprised of Derek Dupuis (keys), Louis Ochoa (bass), Adrienne Cowan (vocals), Blaize Collard (drums), and Shota Nakama (guitar, and producer of the Sonic Symphony). It was awesome!
