I have always put my fish into salt water ice slush none better. You can tell when fish have not been properly colled they will have different color where they have not been immersed in cold salt water normal color when cooled properly strange color when not immersed
Best video I have ever seen concerning cleaning fish. Fishermen need to respect their catch by cleaning and cooking properly
Should you knock the fish out before putting in the ice slurry? On a similar note, should you bleed it?
