How to Clean and Fillet an African Pompano | Mustad Fishing

Caught in the tropical waters, the African pompano will feed on fish, shrimp as well as crabs. Though some find them hard to clean, they do make for excellent table fare.
Captain Macko of Two Conchs Charters shows us how he fillets one up properly with this 23lb specimens caught in Marathon by Jay Harris on a live crab.
