Can I still dunk 40 years old? - Flashback 2015 (6.0 - 183cm)

I could dunk back in high school - did it when I was 40 years old in the legendary "Parkhallen" in Horsens... Now I´ve been eating way too many cakes - at 110 kg... need to go under 100 kg to have a chance to dunk again in 2024...

Don’t Think so about compeeting with others… compeet with yourself. See if you can improve your jump height…
Or find something else that excites you in life.
I’m sure you are great at many things.
