Thanks man! If I made a part for Carson, Isiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins and even J Will it would have been a very long video 🤣. Overall this OKC Thunder team is deep, talented on both sides of the ball and hungry to win a chip going to be a great season!
@@saulbarron563kyrie was there for 1.5 season and they had a mid season trade that saved their season + a rookie. Luka played his worst that series and yall got spanked in 6 😂😂
Our small ball lineup got us the 1 seed and won us a lot of games. I have to disagree that we were physically incapable of winning the mavs series. They just shot like absolute steamy dog shit
This team is really starting to parallel the GSW. But instead of them hacking the basketball world with 3s, the Thunder is blitzing the league with a shield of a defensive lineup. They would be the anti-Warriors in actuality. If Steph's era was the splash, this new era is the thud with bodies hitting a wall.
@monkeymoo87 floater doesn't really count as spacing but my bet is he shoots a decent % from 3 this season not saying he shoots it like chet but he will be serviceable shooting 3s as a big.
We have one of the deepest rosters I've ever seen in the NBA next season. That's mostly down to the second and third best players still being on rookie contracts whereas our competition are paying their second and third guys 30/40 million dollars a piece. So we have a lot of extra cash for the next two years until J Dub and Chet's extensions kick in. Personally I see our five next season as still being SGA, J Dub, Chet, Dort and Caruso replacing Giddey. That alone is an upgrade on the team that was the one seed last season. Also now on the bench we have I Hart, Isaiah Joe, Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins. Also guys like Jaylin Williams and Kenrich Williams who've been great off the bench the last couple of years. And young guys like Ousmane Dieng and the two new rookies Dillon Jones and Ajay Mitchell who looked great against The Spurs. And we also have the best point guard of the 2024 draft red shirting. And potentially a few more lottery picks to come in over the next half decade.
That’s not even mentioning our bench with Joe being one of the best 3 point shooters in the league and Wallace being another outstanding perimeter defender! Along with Wiggins Jwill and Williams being great off the bench whenever we need them. I’m legit the most excited I’ve ever been coming into the nba season!
if everyone stays healthy they'll definitely make it into the playoffs....reminds me a bit of the Bulls a few years ago before Lonzo Ball got hurt, Ball & Caruso were making people look like fools with their defense & the team made most of their points through fast breaks.
They really fucked us with the second apron because when the warriors were unbeatable its was cool to have three supermax players 😂😂now we gonna have to trade our team after a couple of seasons good or bad just to stay out of the penalty
Nah we are good, we will be able to keep our top 3 guys. Maybe some role players out play their contracts but presti is drafting well and getting value from those picks. Ajay Michell and Dillon Jones already are looking great for us. Those types of drafts will be huge for us when we do have to start letting guys go. But that’s far out, we still have quite a few guys on rookie contracts. And we have a lot of draft picks before that. Presti has really put on a masterclass and we are the beholders haha
@@KBilliezyup as long as Presti can keep scouting and bringing in great rookie players he can keep this going. Especially if the Clipper picks turn out to be juicy this year and next year.
The only thing I don’t like is their playoff chances. Besides Chet, SGA is taller than all the other starters. Matchups and physicality is no joke in the post season.

@arturo163 I don't see any case where okc would have went and paid 30 million to a Center and not start him at least most of the time. I'm not sure what Shai size has anything to do with J-Dubs postion size but okay.
@@georgevarden1291 I said it all in my initial comment bro, playoffs and matchups. Other than that they good little guys running around during the regular season. Hartenstein better start cuz JW was playing PF. That’s not even “good” size for a SF, it’s OK but it’s good for a SG. All that *woof woof* ish was shutdown by Luka, Lively, Gafford, and PJ. @arturo163 I'm pretty sure you are referring to J-Dub not J-Will right? J-Dub didn't matchup with Luka much if any at all that was Dort cover 90+% of Luka's minutes. To be honest it wasn't the height disadvantage that killed okc It was their 3 point shooting % If they shot anywhere even close to their season % they would have swept the Mavs but sometimes it be like that and the size mismatch didn't help for sure.
