I am not one to know my way around the kitchen, but I made this video to prove anyone can prepare carnivore meals with whatever they have in their home for cooking. A cooktop, an oven, an air fryer, or just a small charcoal grill can be used to make all kinds of things. You may have to adjust to some things, like I need to get the temperature under control in cast iron cooking, but you can leran it to, and break free from the pre-packaged, fast-food, junk-food lifestyle so many of us have become acustomed to in modern society. You can take control of your health with a carnivore way of eating, and find freedom from big food and big Pharma!
