This is how I controlled hair fall. When I was 25, I suffered from various hair problems such as rough texture, excessive hair fall, dandruff, and oily scalp, which hindered my hair growth. However, over time, I have experienced significant positive changes in my hair, and now, at 32, my hair fall has ceased, and I am enjoying good hair growth. Despite facing personal challenges, including losing loved ones, becoming an entrepreneur, managing aging parents, and coping with urban life's pressures, I have still been able to achieve these transformative changes. Ayurveda emphasizes the crucial role of diet in our overall health, and I have followed its principles to improve my hair health. For instance, I incorporate a small amount of melted ghee in each meal, avoid difficult-to-digest lentils, and only eat warm, freshly cooked food to reduce toxins' accumulation. I have also eliminated microwave cooking from my routine, which Ayurveda considers harmful. Additionally, I consume foods that balance my doshas, such as mung dal, fresh amla, and bitters. Since my pitta dosha tends to get aggravated quickly, I am cautious about consuming spicy or sour food and avoid using red and green chillies in my meals. If I use tamarind, I pair it with coconut to reduce its pitta nature. To maintain the balance between my pitta and kapha doshas, I use Littleextra cocoonion natural hair oil and shampoo. Before washing my hair, I apply ample amounts of hair oil, and Littleextra's gentle hair wash products keep my hair light and non-oily for days. I have learned that the key to achieving beauty is not just relying on external applications but also following good routines, getting adequate sleep, consuming wholesome food, and using good products.
Very beautiful video I just loved it
Thank you so much 😀
