Benny became the song writer for ABBA, doing vocals and playing the piano. Björn wrote all the lyrics, and sang a few songs and played the guitar. After ABBA split they turned to musicals. Few seam to have registered those facts. It was always Agneta and Frida people talked about. The men are not noticed the same way.

Did you know Tommy did a duet with Celine Dion once, he was a little bit ill in the rehersal so he couldn't really sing out. But when it was time for the show he really SANG and shocked Celine with his voice.
The video is on RUclips of them sing and her reaction to him hitting the high notes is fun to see. She didn’t know who he was and hadn’t heard him sing before hand. The song was from beauty and the beast, that he does the swedish version for.

Josh Grobans version too me don’t have the feeling that this original version has. Another singer is Ken from Vixx has done this part also and you can find it on RUclips, I think both CNU from B1A4 and Jo Kwon from 2am has done this song too, I think they did the role different days when it was played in South Korea some years ago. Don’t know if there’s any clip or video of them singing it.

Answer.. The original song was written for a Broadway play names Chess, originally done in the 1980s (song Bankcock came from this). The play was brought back to Broadway in early 2000', where Josh Grobin got his start as the main vocal in that play.

Actually the role was not written for Tommy. They called him to do the demoversion. But when he san they realized that the role was Tommys.
Live versions of Tommy from 1990-1992 are more powerful and his voice was fuller than when he did this version in the mid 80s.
