same here... lI just bought an Ikari Warriors machine and the left joystick is broken. im off to try to see if I can fix it. The shaft looks different than the one in this video. Looks like they have a screw in this one so it may be a hack.

I'm looking for a replacement Rotary Switch (the small board at the bottom of the joystick with the pins that connect to the wiring harness). Does anyone know where I can find one?
