    Louise, you just keep getting better at doing these, you make it look so "simple" 🙂 but there is a lot more work in each of these, that isn't seen until you actually complete one! You have learned your "knack" for each type of acrylic art, and have mastered your own specialty, like the Art Charcuterie Boards....so beautifully done, and always one of a kind, as most acrylic arts are. I have learned a lot, but know I have a "whole lotta work ahead" to get all you have to teach, in my head 😉🤗 So, ready for your next video 😉😊❤

      @@JudeKluegel thank you Jude once again for your lovely comment. It’s really always kind of fun for me to think of. Is that if I hadn’t created, this, it would never have existed, isn’t that cool? Certainly the same thing goes for anything that you an art in life if it weren’t for you, it wouldn’t be here, I think that’s pretty cool!

    You will have to try a 2' to 3' bloom. It would make a beautiful over the door decoration.

      Thank you Ozwald, 😘I just practiced a 16 x 20“ bloom and while the bloom came out fine I did not like the colors in the background was not right, but I did it for practice because I do want to go bigger

    WOW, this board came out gorgeous. As for the questions, you would need to use food grade resin to cover the whole piece. I believe it's more expensive.

    • @LouiseMcKayArt
      @LouiseMcKayArt  Месяц назад +1

      Thanks Betty and yes, 😘but KS states the resin is food grade, but not gonna do that for the reasons shared. This is directly off of KS resins website. “ KSRESIN products are FDA Compliant (FDA 21 CFR 175.300) when accurately measured, thoroughly mixed, and fully cured. “

    For the question about why you don’t resin it all, I assumed it was so you could put the food directly on the board because you can’t put food on resin. Beautiful blooms for this board and the final board is perfect! Also, so cool Jessica gave you a spinner!

    • @LouiseMcKayArt
      @LouiseMcKayArt  Месяц назад +1

      @@AugustsAcrylicArt thank you August, KS resident states that they resin at least one I use, liquid stone, is food safe. Yes, Jessica had a few spinners probably didn’t wanna ship them all back!

      @LouiseMcKayArt  Месяц назад +1

      Hello, you again,😆 it’s actually a really good idea, but I don’t think I will be doing that. I am sure somebody’s already done that as it would definitely add a lot of originality to a kitchen, or bathroom or anywhere where there’s cabinet doors.😘

    How do you add the handles?

    • @LouiseMcKayArt
      @LouiseMcKayArt  Месяц назад +1

      I don’t know how to explain it better than, the way that they were installed originally. I do have to drill through the paint and resin though before putting the screw through to apply the handles.
