[CC] Garlic Butter Sauteed Zucchini Ribbons - quick and easy zucchini recipe

Lightly sauteed in butter and garlic zucchini ribbons is a perfect way to showcase the tender and fresh flavor of zucchini. Zucchini is easy and simple to make and will make a great side dish to any meal.
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
1 large clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
1 Tablespoon of butter or ghee
salt
pepper
herbs like dill or parsley for decoration
Steps:
Cut zucchini into ribbons with a vegetable peeler. On medium flame, heat olive oil and butter. Add slices of garlic and cook until garlic begins to brown. Take out the garlic. Add zucchini ribbons. Sautee for 2 minutes, add salt, sautee until zucchini is soft and starts to release liquid. Once plated, sprinkle with pepper and herbs. Can be enjoyed warm or cold. Enjoy!
