@@devilishdiamond the main difference with how it was explained to me is freeze is pretty self explanatory but fawn is when you essentially submit to your attacker as a way to survive. A weird but good example is in the mummy when Benny obeys the mummy through the film to survive

@@Bergendal_2003 vinegar actually brings out the flavour of chocolate! As long as it's cooked, ofc. A lot of recipes for the richest and most flavourful chocolate cakes include some form of acidity, sometimes in the form of a splash of vinegar, and other times in buttermilk/sour cream type ingredients. Curdling your milk with vinegar before adding it to a chocolate cake is fairly common too! I highly recommend it :)

Fun fact. Red velvet is INDEED not the same as chocolate, and originally didn’t use food coloring but was red due to the richness of the cocoa used, amongst other ingredients, the velvet part of the name coming from its unique silky texture.

Why is it that somehow when Jack speaks in more of an Irish accent, I can somehow perfectly understand him, and to not understand him at the same time
I love how Jack basically talks to the camera and therefore us like we’re just a friend of his he’s casually showing videos to. Out of all the RUclipsrs Jack is one of the most human and natural, and this is something that proves it.
But in itself, you have to be very inhuman to be able to talk to a camera so intimately

The fight response is an evolutionary adaptation that predates projectiles as a common form of attack, so the immediate adrenal shock going through the whole body to ready you for combat can cause all sorts of physical reactions. My best friend went through all kinds of shit as a kid in a nasty neighborhood, and he has a full-on fight response to scares that includes all sorts of twitches along the way to a defense stance.
