I just woke up and had to be rushed to the hospital with Bell's Palsy today, do you have any food recommendation to make eating a little easier. I've barely eaten today cause I keep getting frustrated that I can't move my right side. Sleeping is also a little frustrating because I have to tape my eye shut cause it doesn't close all the way. So any and all advice is welcome
I have just been diagnosed with BP. They gave me steroids. is this curable 100 percent?
I’m not sure 100% I know they really help me. I recovered I. 13 days
@@theyorks Thank you!! im in day 80 percent back to normal

Has anyone else had swollen lymph nodes as part of their symptoms? I havent been diagnosed but my right side droops and it feels like it wants to pull down
How long did it take u to get taste back? I’m on day 8
After 13 days I was fully back to normal. How are you doing? Is it getting better?
LightsCameraYorks - going on 5 weeks and 90% recovered. Still feel twitching randomly but I can finally smile and sleep with my eyes closed. Week 4 is when things seemed to snap back into place lol. But still working on being able to scrunch my nose and strengthening my eye.
hi....im.11 days of suffering...im better a little...by little...hot compress in a plastic bottle...every morning ...and evening...massage through hot bottle...its effective...
Just diagnosed, on day 3...this disease sucks!!!
Killer Bee sorry to hear that! Hopeful for a quick recovery for you ❤️
The doctor just told me I would have it for a while when I asked how long. And then she said she a patient who had it for 10 years. 😐 She didn't give me anything else for BP. No physical therapy, nothing else other then the medication another clinic gave me. Idk I just feel like its do hopeless. It makes me feel like why did I even bother going to the doctor if that's all she was going to tell me...
I am suffering from bells palsy from 3 days its improving i have very little effect on my lips . Can you help me some
I already taken treatment from neouro doctor . Can you tell.me some good excercise and diet chart.
I didn’t really follow anything in specific. I did stay hydrated and tried not elevating out. Also just continued with my daily exercise routine that I had been doing prior to diagnosis. Hope you get to recovering quickly!

I just got it 3 days ago for my first tome :((( pray it heals ! I can’t make a kissy face and it looks just like urs looks it’s on my right side .. idk if I should go to hospital cuz I just got a new job and my insurance hasn’t kicked in and gunna cost a lot of money and I don’t know if I should just wait it out I’m not in pain but I keep biting my bottom lip lol
Sorry to hear about what’s going on! If you can make it in to atleast get those 7 days of steroids prescribed I believe that’s what helped me heal in just two weeks. The steroids helped my nerves get back to working properly. Totally understand not wanting to go get it checked. Maybe call ahead to get some advice to see if waiting it our will be ok? I hope you get to feeling better!
