Today we headed out to check out Breakfast Brothers in Dallas. I don't know where we are either in Oak Cliff or South Dallas, help ya girl out!
Anyway, we got to see what the hype was about for I have been hearing about this spot for a long time. I dragged my Bff out and we headed out for some good ol' breakfast. Check it out and hope you enjoy the review.

Thanks for another great vlog, next time I come to visit Dallas, I definitely would love to take advantage of all the southern and Texmex food , I just love and miss the southern outmosphere and so much food option than Minnesota

1. Whistle Britches - Plano - Willowbend
2. The Toasted Yolk Cafe - Southlake location is permanently closed which makes me sad. Plese try the location in Addison off Belt Line. Let me know because I’ve never been to that location.

4. Hills Cafe - Castle Hills
5. Poached Brunch House - Frisco
6. The Biscuit Bar - Plano
7. First Watch - Coppell
8. Barney’s Brunch House - Frisco

Girl the fact you put WB as #1 lets me know you know your stuff. That is MY SPOT! I have a shorts on here of it. I’ve tried Lolo’s but Candice hasn’t. It’s very close to Roscoe’s so I’ll go again and do a full vlog.

I watched this when it posted, but couldn’t comment because I was watching on my TV so, I’m back. Everything looks delicious! I definitely would not like my grits seasoned. I’ll have to try that too! I have tried a few of the places you have shown after watching your videos. It’s even more fun going to check out places recommended in videos for some reason! 😊💜

Miss your livestreams. You're a good friend. When you both lived here in LA, did you two ever go to Dulan's on 48th and Crenshaw or Pann's on La Tijera across from the Ladera Center. Pann's is across the street from me and i recently had breakfast over there over the last couple of months , their breakfasts are pretty good. They hold a Champagne 🥂 🍾 brunch on Sundays , I think they do take reservations, but the line is out of the door. Panns is only o0en from 6am-3pm fyi if you ever find yourself over this way when you come to LA. Fun fact about Pann's, there were a couple scenes of "Monster's Ball" shot there. I know because my beautician at the time told my mom and I that her then husband was in the restaurant with his LASD partner while the scenes with Billy Bob Thornton and Halle Berry were breing done.
I've never been to Roscoe's, but my mom told me years ago she'd gone with our former landlord in the 90s when we lived on 49th and Figuaroa, and she wasn't fond of the food. I just never have had a desire to go. And a former coworker at the preschool I worked at several years ago ( pre 'Rona) said the food tasted different since the founders sold the restaurants to different owners.

I’m so glad she’s here, literally this is what we used to do when we were in our 20s, just go eat and hang out so now yall get to see it on vlogs. If only yall could’ve seen us back then! 😂
Yes, we used to eat at Pann’s, Serving spoon, M&M’s, Roscoe’s was a favorite, we would go to the one on Main or The one that was off in West La, there’s a place called Taj’s off Florence near 8th(I think, I know by memory more than the streets now) that’s very good, Jack’s on Western and Loved Dylan’s as well. Haven’t been to none of these spots in years. Whenever we go Charles always wants The Hat or Turkey Burgers lol. When I told him abt all these spots he’s like why we never go? Um cuz you always want Chili fries!
@@Love_SumLotta I've never been a fan of M&Ms, there was an M&Ms across the street from me next to 7-11 a bit further down on Centinela . All of the M&M's in LA were owned by the same family. Back in the 90s, my mom and I stopped after church at the M& M's across the street and weren't bowled over by the food. The owner of the one across the street from me was unfortunately unalived in his driveway in a suspected alleged follow home ambush in the early 2000s. In a brighter news, one time while walking by M&M's coming out of 7-11, my mom and I saw Jaleel White eating in the restaurant through the 🪟. My mom and I used to joke with each other saying either she'd be more than happy to drop me off so that i could get something to eat, lol The restaurant has changed names over The years, now it's called The Court Restaurant.
What chicken burger from whataburger would you recommend, we do not have a whataburger or in and out in Minnesota, so I was wondering if whataburger is worth the hype when I visit Dallas tx
It is not worth the hype. Culver’s is way better. I’m going to Sweet Georgia browns for you soon. Stay tuned.

Hi , I had another question on which is closer to Irving tx, Addison tx or coppell or are they both not far from Irving? I Google the distance and it said like 20 minutes, but I wanted to check with you because you no the area more than me!
The reason I ask is because me and my cousin might visit Dallas in October god willing and we have family who live In Irving, TX who we would be staying with.
Coppell is closer to Irving, but Addison has more things to see and do. Addison is abt 25mins from Irving, Coppell abt 15-20.
@@Love_SumLotta thanks for letting me know , I know most of the nice breakfast places like snooze an am eatery and toasted yolk cafe which was a recommendation from a person who commented on your post is located in Addison tx. I am still waiting for the sweet Georgia brown vlog! Lol
I haven’t gone yet. You gotta go on a Sunday for the best selections IMO and Charles and Candice BOTH want to go so just trying to see a Sunday when we’re all free cuz it’s a LOT of food so wanna make sure we can all be there to eat it. I’m doing Soulful street bites today that’s a soul food spot in Addison so I’ll try to post that one for you asap.
