It is, I had a nightmare day yesterday, the card readers stopped working, on the phone for two hours to try to solve the issues, than finally lunch time, preparing Malasian style pancakes, all my stress gone 👌😉👍

Nothing has held me attention recently. However, I was able to watch this full 20 minutes of just cooking. It is immensely satisfying to watch someone work with passion. You can tell by how he multitasks, moves, cleans his station etc that he truly cares about his craft. Great video.
What's remarkable is the level of cross contamination going on here. Raw egg all over his glove and sticking that same hand in all the drawers with the veggies and cheese.

this is soo elegantly done, i admit ive gotten more lazy over the years with cooking breakfast at my families diner but there is still so much pride to be taken in cooking breakfast right. And sometimes working alone is the best because you work at your speed and dont have to worry about anyone else :) though the time i cooked a sunday rush of 150 or so over the coarse of 6 hours begs to differ (fast paced resturant serving diner foods) but god is it fun in a way!
@@mac_sour i will admit. i remember a few months back on a sunday my only coworker called in sick. i was alone in the kitchen and from 7-1 i cooked for about 160 lol. yes i was dead ass tired after and yes the bartenders stayed and helped me clean up as i was dead lol.
The customers so far seem so polite and respectful. I've loved working in fast food in the past, honestly only have a few bad experiences with customers, my problem has been mostly with horrible coworkers. Nowadays I just sate my love for cooking at home. I get to make what I like and when I like it in my cozy kitchen.
Anyone that does this for a job from professional cheifs to fast food workers are just amazing ppl. I'm always thankful for them in making my day alittle bit easier 😌.

Don't add salt to the eggs until closer to serving.. adding salt at the beginning makes the eggs watery and grey in color. My source? French trained culinary arts teacher from 2002-2004 when I attended my local college

I was working on the line the other day for breakfast. We needed to make some poached eggs quickly and our burners were discovered to have gas issues so our pot wasn't hot enough, so our other morning cook took some of the water from said pot and put it in one of the non stick pans reserved for omelets and turned the heat all the way up and poached both eggs, no vinegar and they came out good, but he's been cooking for decades.. But I witnessed first hand, it can be done..

Beans are great, honestly. As a Hungarian I had the same reaction as Americans to see that the British eat beans for breakfast, but beans are absolutley legit. Lots of fiber and protein. 👌😉👍
