Writing your thoughts on a notepad the night before really is life-changer. It's as if you get the idea out of your mind so new ideas can come in while your sleep. And the whole thing about not checking your email or social media is critical. I can see clearly how my days increased in productivity as soon as stopped doing that. Start you day with something important and slightly uncomfortable, as you said in your book Eat that Frog. Thanks Brian!

I made my list and what got me started was reading the book "Eat that Frog". I began starting my day with getting the most important and challenging goal out of the way first. This has helped me progress a lot. Thanks Brian T

I always wake up early and the first thing I do is meditate, then I exercise, I read and finally I write about life. that is my morning routine, this way I help myself to wake up with energy and motivation every single day

My method for making my day more productivity is that :
1/always carry a small plan book with me.
2/write down whatever plan have been made in the day in the planbook.(use different color pens to write the plan)
    3/always check the planbook.

After listening to you, Mr. Tracy, I have started to carry a spiral notebook in my backpack.= and written down my 10 goals for this year. Today is day two, I got one goal/task done by just working on it until it was accomplished. Very useful strategy, thank you! I will continue to practice and also listen to your wisdom here. Yuan

    Hello Brian 😄
My name is Lieve. I am 57 and I have meat you as a team member of Nisandeh Neta in Holland
First of all: Your video's and training have helped and still help me a lot. Thank you for that 😄
I wanted to congratulate you with the new model you're using: inviting people to really connect by asking them to reply here on a specific question.
It's a big difference with just giving lectures and asking to press a button.
It is not so obvious for a man in your position, being over 70 (75 this year?) to do that, I realised.
    Congratulations :😄
    To prepare myself:
    - I do some exercises for my body
    - I do my best to write my goals every day, sometimes I can, sometimes I don't
    - I meditate
    - I write my goals of the day the evening before
    - I go through my list at the beginning of the day and most of the time look what is the most important that has to be done that day
    - I leave my phone on mute and out of sight
    - I listen to something inspiring
    Enjoy your day! 😄

    Well the answer would be
    1- Having enough sleep...
2- Working out as soon as I wake up.. which boosts self-esteem
3-followed by reading self-improvement books like No Excuses😉
Thus leading to a spectacular productive day☺

I tried to use a Whiteboard with 6 Tasks for the day, worked quite well. Also strict sleep and wake up times combined with yoga or Jogging in the morning make me feel very energetic for the day.But sometimes there are just These days that seem like they are 10 times tougher and I feel like I got no energy at all. Is that a norma Thing for you guys?

I do the same planning as you, Brian, said. Because I've heard it from you earlier. And to make the list of your goals prioritized I used ABC method. That was also youth. But truly said, it's not so easy to understand exactly, what you should do first, second etc. Therefore I'll try to use the question "What I've done first if..."
Brian, could you advise, when it's better to analyze your day?
