I think we need to give Jordan some huge love. They hadn’t been together for really long when it all came crashing down in her world, and he stayed. He stayed and helped, supported, encouraged and loved. So many people would peace out and call it drama and just move on and think it’s all just crazy. I think this speaks of his love for her as a person.
People peace out if the person going through it doesn't have money. She's got more than he does. Do I think he is there for the money? No, but I am, also, not a good judge of character when it comes to men as significant others. So who am I to say why he is there.

SUCH a great point Taylor! Recalls are common place. Food recalls for listeria - vehicle recalls for faulty parts etc - this is a LIPSTICK people! People die from bad deli meat and companies don't get the backlash she did.
Sooooooo real. I’ve known about Jaclyn since the beginning of make up time but didn’t know that was how she fell off. People are awful. I get and love the idea of holding people accountable but cancel culture is becoming such a public crucifixion these days.
I agree that the backlash she continues to get over this is unnecessary but I think there was every right for people to be upset when it happened because there was no transparency and Jaclyn being the supposed ceo at the time handled everything very badly.

As a woman, it is a top tier feeling to know your man can speak for you with so much respect and confidence. I don’t care what anyone says, Jaclyn deserves this happiness she has found after everything she has been through. Has she messed up and made mistakes before? Yeah we all have. But like… This woman’s story is incredible.

She said that she didn’t monetize some of her videos for 4 years 😊 so maybe she did at first and then as she made more and had collabs etc, she was able to pull back on the ads.

The nostalgia of Jaclyn talking about the Morphe store in Burbank!! Jaclyn literally taught me makeup growing up and I remember waking up at 6am to line up at that store to get her 1st ever collab palette with them in 2017. Hearing her talk about this has me in tears. I hope to meet her again one day and tell her how much she means to me. I love this for her. My fiancée & daughters dad met me when I was in the thick of an opiate addiction. I’m talking like 15-20 Percocet / Vicodin / Oxy / fentanyl patches too. He suppprted me and encouraged me to get sober. My 6 years is 10/7 ♥️

I have fallen even more in love with Jaclyn and Jordan after watching these two episodes. I have ALWAYS loved her and supported her with EVERYTHING, but even more now. I got so emotional so many times during these two episodes, but I will say.. I purchased one of the lipsticks, Isla to be exact. And I LOVE it still till this day. I got so sad when I received the email from Jaclyn Cosmetics that I was getting a refund, and I swear I emailed them back telling them I didn't want the refund. My mom died from alcoholism right after Christmas 2 years ago and I celebrated 5 years sober this year so I really felt all the feels when you were sharing all that you’ve been through in this episode and the last one. It is not easy to heal and grow after severe trauma, let alone online for millions of people to not only see, but share their criticism. I’ve followed them both for years and I’ve seen a lot of criticism regarding both of them and I tend to very much take that with a grain of salt because no one is perfect and there is truly people who want to be negative about everything and provide NO grace. In the end they’re a beautiful couple and you can feel the love they have for each other. I never wore makeup in my early 20s until I discovered Jaclyn's makeup videos on RUclips back in 2014. Before you knew it, I was applying a full face daily and had so much fun playing with makeup. I bought 2 of her lipsticks and mine arrived perfectly fine. I even kept them after all the backlash surfaced. I am so happy to see your glow back, Jaclyn!

No hate from me with this comment : Jaclyn must stop saying she was working with the best lab. It was revealed from Forma’s (her partners) bankruptcy documents that the lab was Oxygen Developments. They had so many prior scandals and Marlena Stell had advised Jaclyn not to use this lab since she had issues with production with them. Jenluvvs made wonderful videos on the topic with receipts. Maybe Jaclyn has a script she has to follow from a contract she signed ? It’s my theory.

i think she forgot to mention that the previous collab with morphe ALSO went sour. the palettes that were released were patchy and people were getting refunded but had to pay for shipping back. so it wasn’t like oh the lipsticks are the first “issue” that happened … i don’t think folks should ever say horrible hateful things but making it sound like the lipsticks were the “first” sour business thing is not correct

8.5 months AF for me 🎉 I remember vividly when she first spoke about the topic. This is why it’s so important for anyone with some sort of “influence” to speak up. I’m happy we got to hear Jordan’s side as well about what he felt and was going through while Jaclyn was suffering. When you love your partner and they are hurting I can only imagine the other is suffering as well and they feel helpless and start feeling depressed also but they have to be strong for the other. I knew Jaclyn would share this side when she was ready and felt safe. All the therapy has helped her. I met her at the airport when her and Jordan got married and Jaclyn was so sweet about taking a photo even though her and Jordan were having some troubles at the airport lol I was ready for her to say no but she said yes to the photo❤. And Jaclyn your past doesn’t define you. You and Jordan just keep being happy and support each other always.
I am 5 1/2 years into my sobriety and I remember hitting that first year mark. It was insane. I couldn’t believe it and now here I am many years later and I’m still like, “wow”! My only downfall is that the sugar addiction is really bad. That is something I’m working on. I’ve been a follower of JH since her apartment days. I feel like I have gone through very similar things as she did. I’m so proud of her and where she is now in her journey. ❤

And yes things going wrong in business is normal, what was not normal and what people were mad at her in reality was because of the lack of humility in jaclyns attitude when people started coming out to speak about and how rude and prideful she was and its sad that all this time has passed by and she still doesn’t understand what she did wrong to get all this clap back.

There are a lot of good things that Jaclyn says but there are a few issues with some of the explanation about what happened with Jaclyn Cosmetics and the lipsticks. Jaclyn said she was the CEO and owner of the company but the Forma/Morphe bankruptcy documents show that she was not the owner or CEO of the company and it was actually Morphe/Forma. So not her fault that the lipsticks were contaminated. The documents show that the manufacturing of the lipsticks was rushed and they used a cheaper lab that a lot of other companies used but there was a history of contamination. I am not sure where they are getting the two percent number but that would be thousands of lipsticks that were contaminated (documented animal hair, some small plastic and metal pieces in at least a few) which is an issue to fairly call out. So if she was in charge of the company, then there would be a quality control process she would know about. In this case she was not in charge at all but for some reason she has never come clean about that which I think is odd. If there is an issue with a product, then criticism is fair and calling out the company owner/management for their quality process is fair. I do hope Jaclyn does well and just hope that she is more honest about some things in the future.

SUCH a great point Taylor! Recalls are common place. Food recalls for listeria - vehicle recalls for faulty parts etc - this is a LIPSTICK people! People die from bad deli meat and companies don't get the backlash she did.
Sooooooo real. I’ve known about Jaclyn since the beginning of make up time but didn’t know that was how she fell off. People are awful. I get and love the idea of holding people accountable but cancel culture is becoming such a public crucifixion these days.

The nostalgia of Jaclyn talking about the Morphe store in Burbank!! Jaclyn literally taught me makeup growing up and I remember waking up at 6am to line up at that store to get her 1st ever collab palette with them in 2017. Hearing her talk about this has me in tears. I hope to meet her again one day and tell her how much she means to me. I have fallen even more in love with Jaclyn and Jordan after watching these two episodes. I have ALWAYS loved her and supported her with EVERYTHING, but even more now. I got so emotional so many times during these two episodes, but I will say.. I purchased one of the lipsticks, Isla to be exact. And I LOVE it still till this day. I got so sad when I received the email from Jaclyn Cosmetics that I was getting a refund, and I swear I emailed them back telling them I didn't want the refund. My mom died from alcoholism right after Christmas 2 years ago and I celebrated 5 years sober this year so I really felt all the feels when you were sharing all that you’ve been through in this episode and the last one. I have been watching your videos for nearly the entirety of your RUclips career and I just love you girl. It is not easy to heal and grow after severe trauma, let alone online for millions of people to not only see, but share their criticism. Human to human, girly pop to girly pop, I am seriously proud of you. I can see all of the hard work you’ve put in to heal and grow and learn from your mistakes. I’ve been following Jaclyn since almost the BEGINNING and it makes me so happy to see where she’s at and having Jordan by her side now. This interview made me feel like.. OMGOSH I really didn’t even know what was going on behind the scenes. I’ve always felt that authenticity was so important to her, which is why I’ve loved watching her grow, but she has just been on fire these last several months and I love it. I also love that Jordan mentioned Jesus. He redeems and repairs what is unimaginable to us.
I never wore makeup in my early 20s until I discovered Jaclyn's makeup videos on RUclips back in 2014. Before you knew it, I was applying a full face daily and had so much fun playing with makeup. I bought 2 of her lipsticks and mine arrived perfectly fine. I even kept them after all the backlash surfaced. I am so happy to see your glow back, Jaclyn!
I was in my later 40's and she taught me so much about makeup. Before RUclips there really wasn't a good way to learn all that stuff unless you had a makeup junkie friend, which I didn't. I was hotter at 47 than I was at 27 thanks to her. lol

It was revealed from Forma’s (her partners) bankruptcy documents that the lab was Oxygen Developments.
They had so many prior scandals and Marlena Stell had advised Jaclyn not to use this lab since she had issues with production with them.

Maybe Jaclyn has a script she has to follow from a contract she signed ? It’s my theory.

8.5 months AF for me 🎉 I remember vividly when she first spoke about the topic. This is why it’s so important for anyone with some sort of “influence” to speak up. I’m happy we got to hear Jordan’s side as well about what he felt and was going through while Jaclyn was suffering. When you love your partner and they are hurting I can only imagine the other is suffering as well and they feel helpless and start feeling depressed also but they have to be strong for the other. I knew Jaclyn would share this side when she was ready and felt safe. All the therapy has helped her. I met her at the airport when her and Jordan got married and Jaclyn was so sweet about taking a photo even though her and Jordan were having some troubles at the airport lol I was ready for her to say no but she said yes to the photo❤. And Jaclyn your past doesn’t define you. You and Jordan just keep being happy and support each other always.
I am 5 1/2 years into my sobriety and I remember hitting that first year mark. It was insane. I couldn’t believe it and now here I am many years later and I’m still like, “wow”! My only downfall is that the sugar addiction is really bad. That is something I’m working on. I’ve been a follower of JH since her apartment days. I am so beyond proud of her, and so happy for her and proud of them both, and She is so blessed to have her man as a support system and her own cheerleader!! I am so excited to see where life is going for her moving forward!

Jaclyn I've watched you since the MAC/refrigerator days (if you know, you kow)and I just love you so much! You really are strong and have endured so much. Im glad I formed my own opinion of you and felt your sincerity and never jumped on the hate bandwagon like so many did. I can tell you are such a fun, genuine, kind, and caring person. You do what you love and believe in yourself and that's inspiring. I dont think you know the positive impact you've had on so many people! I myself have gone through relationships with addicts &/or alcoholics and have been there myself as well. Its not an easy road to go down. Thank you for talking about it and helping others. And on a lighter note you are the one who made me fall in love with makeup and thank you for teaching me how to do makeup cause girl I was bad.😂 Also, i still wear my Jaclyn Cosmetics to this day, some of my holy grail products YOU created. Also, I i love your relationship with Jordan, it's so cute! I'm glad to know you had a great guy by your side through all the chaos! Love his channel too! So happy for you Jaclyn! It's a sad world where people can listen to this and still try to poke holes and tear her down. Use your energy for something positive! And yes things going wrong in business is normal, what was not normal and what people were mad at her in reality was because of the lack of humility in jaclyns attitude when people started coming out to speak about and how rude and prideful she was and its sad that all this time has passed by and she still doesn’t understand what she did wrong to get all this clap back.

There are a lot of good things that Jaclyn says but there are a few issues with some of the explanation about what happened with Jaclyn Cosmetics and the lipsticks. Jaclyn said she was the CEO and owner of the company but the Forma/Morphe bankruptcy documents show that she was not the owner or CEO of the company and it was actually Morphe/Forma. So not her fault that the lipsticks were contaminated. The documents show that the manufacturing of the lipsticks was rushed and they used a cheaper lab that a lot of other companies used but there was a history of contamination. I am not sure where they are getting the two percent number but that would be thousands of lipsticks that were contaminated (documented animal hair, some small plastic and metal pieces in at least a few) which is an issue to fairly call out. So if she was in charge of the company, then there would be a quality control process she would know about. In this case she was not in charge at all but for some reason she has never come clean about that which I think is odd. If there is an issue with a product, then criticism is fair and calling out the company owner/management for their quality process is fair. I do hope Jaclyn does well and just hope that she is more honest about some things in the future.
