I'm 30 and have struggled with Anxiety for 14 years. I had a mental breakdown last week while on "holiday" in Turkey. It was awful and I've associated it to burnout, which I still think it's part of it. But, yesterday I had a therapy session and went through all previous anxiety attacks and my therapist associated it to control, the glass shattered at this point. I'm scared of flying, I always have to be the one driving, whenever a job comes in with work I take it on, if there is anything adminstrative with my life I have to do it.
The girlfriend is supporting me incredibly with this because the mental breakdown has completely the destroyed me, as well she has taken over all my work jobs which is definitely something I'm struggling with, because it's related to control.
Thank you for you video, a huge part of just knowing what is going on in my mind is another step to understanding and trusting myself and others.
