✨Free Crochet Pattern - Sagebrush Tank Top - forthefrills.com/easy-crochet-summer-tank-top-free-pattern Check out the free crochet tank top pattern! It has all the sizing info (sizes XS - 3XL with 2 different lengths), measurements, yarn amounts and alteration instructions ☺
You should do a Q&A! Like how you initially got into crochet and how you come up with pattern ideas etc. You definitely inspired me to start as a beginner :)
I admire these videos because it must’ve taken such a long time to make the tutorial! Just think about it, the crocheting, the editing, the voiceover, etc... wow ♥️ and its also a beautiful top!
I've just recently come across your channel and I love how easy to follow your tutorials are! I would love to see a tutorial on how to achieve the "Deep V Halter Top" that ties at the neck that could have a straight simple hem or a ribbed hem. Thank you so much!
I've seen some of your tutorials and I love them. sometimes I forget that simple stitches could create a beautiful work😅 and you remind me of that, thank you💟😊
Ciao, grazie per questo tutorial così ben spiegato.. Il top è bello ed elegante. Lo sto facendo per mia figlia, spero che possa indossarlo questo estate. 🤗
Thank you for the simple and stylish tank top. I've just finished the front and hoping not to run out of yarn. But as usual, another easy and well explained tutorial. Think this may be one of my favourites. Look forward to your next design.
personal edits: add straps on row 15 and row 30 instead, inc. by 2 each time instead of 3 sometimes, ch 55 in pink, preferable 51 before stitching in 50 ch, straps 12 ch added straps on row 12
Absolutely loved this tutorial. I have never done a shirt of any kind and my daughter sent me this and asked me to make it for her. I did and the first panel i made came out a little wonky because when itd say repeat row 17 and your on 20 id forget what i did in 17. So i started another panel and wrote every row down ( i suck at reading patterns) it was much easier that way. Dont use acrylic yarn as it made mine really heavy id suggest a thin light weight yarn. Other than that super easy and thanks for sharing.
I suck at reading patterns also. Much prefer tutorials and then I make my own notes. I have to watch this from start to finish then watch again and make notes.
Thank you, I am going to try this. Some ladies don't explain, they just show. I prefer the explanation with the tutorial. Can you perhaps show us a crochet animal paw coaster please? Stay safe. ❤ from South Africa🦁
Hey Grace, I just discovered you, thanks a lot for the pattern. I just finished it, I kinda played with it. My yarn was way thinner and my hook was 3,5 mm. I wen a few sizes up and it is perfect. I am an advanced hooker (crochet hook). I also like the angled edges so it stays like this. I will post a photo on Pinterest, it’s the orange top. Kisses, thanks, happy new year and stay healthy!
This is a lovely tutorial 😃 I made a shawl like this once (back loop half double crochet) and I often get people asking if I knit it! I love using simple stitches in a different way - so effective! Thanks for sharing your pattern with us.
Could you please show us the entire project after a few rows to show us how it's supposed to be looking? I love your work and the way you teach. Just need to be sure I'm doing well. Thank you
Instead of making two separate prices, at the armhole decrease instead of fastening off you can just directly start the increase and make one long price then see it together at the end
Hola, soy de argentina. Me encantó este trabajo que realizaste. Quiero saber si hay algún otro vídeo de este mismo trabajo traducido al español? Espero con ansias su respuesta. muchas gracias.
I made this in a size Small, which is the size I usually wear, but the arm holes were way too tight, so maybe I just have large shoulders, but I recomend you sort of measure and see if the straps are long enough for you before you continue with the rest of the shirt. I ended up extending the straps, but other than that it was beautiful and nicely fitting. Although the regular length was still cropped for me😂.
I just finished this top! its super cute-I really appreciate the pattern and the video! The one problem I had was the sizing- I did the XS since my measurements fit more for XS than S. However, I had to extend both ends of both sides of the tank because it would've been too small. Also, the neck was still pretty tight after edging too. But all in all, I'd definitely be making more cute tops from you in the future!
Hi Anushka, it sounds like your gauge was too tight? Did you make a gauge swatch? The tank top in the video is the cropped version and the longer version is in the written pattern. You can also check the length measurements in the pattern and measure your own body to see how it will fit. I hope this helps, Grace
hello, im new to the whole knitting thing, is it okay to use cotton yarn to knit the tank top? bcs its the only type of yarn i have atm. thanks in advance!!
Beautiful top. Where is the length measured from? I want my top extra long and wondering how many extra starting chains I could add, and if it affect the pattern.
Instructions so far are very clear, but I have a question about assembly. Are you putting right sides together before whipstitching and then turning the garment right side out before doing the edging? I sew and knit and am assuming that you are seaming to the wrong side but from your video it doesn’t look like it. Thanks.

I followed her cardigan pattern. It took me 2 weeks to complete. Kinda proud bcs I was a beginner and learn from just youtube.
That's so true! I started making this around 10am and I only did half of the front part and for 13 hours. Because I stopped at 11pm. Dang.
All beautiful things take time! Lovely pattern❤️🧶
actually it took me 3 ina half days to learn, then i started my project( this all happened last week
I appreciate the way you say the amount of stitches that should be had at the end of the rows!
I love how clear the instructions are. Simple and easy to follow. Perfect for beginners like me. ❤️
I'm trying my best to follow I like the pattern.
Thanks for the tutorial
You should do a Q&A! Like how you initially got into crochet and how you come up with pattern ideas etc.
You definitely inspired me to start as a beginner :)
I love that you added a longer length, as well as the cropped version. The yarn choice is excellent! It gives this tank a classy look.
q bonito tere no se ve cuantos aumenta
It took me 10 hours to do this thank God it's done
That’s super quick!

This is beautiful! I always appreciate a video tutorial to go with a pattern - thank you!!

You make the best tutorials! I never have any difficulty following your instructions.

@sara hall , she mentioned to make chain 20 on 1st strap but on 2and strap, she has told to make 15 chains? I am so co fused on that
I love this! Please do a slip stitch top tutorial that looks knit please!
I will make this when I have enough yarn 😊
Thank you, I am going to try this. Some ladies don't explain, they just show. I prefer the explanation with the tutorial. Can you perhaps show us a crochet animal paw coaster please? Stay safe. ❤ from South Africa🦁
Because of your designs I started to do crochet

@forthefrills could you do a tutorial on a halter top, but not super v cut???
Loved and had already warned this top in another colour in just few days even if I was a beginner❤🥰🥰
I made this in a size Small, which is the size I usually wear, but the arm holes were way too tight, so maybe I just have large shoulders, but I recomend you sort of measure and see if the straps are long enough for you before you continue with the rest of the shirt. Thank you for this gorgeous pattern!
Such a clever construction! I love this design! Definitely will be making this for the summer in a few months

Omg you are so amazing I tried this and it turned out perfectly
That's great
Wow I love it!!
I hope this helps,
Grace
It looks so pretty, your instruction is easy to follow, thanks!
OMG THANK YOU SOO MUCH GRACE❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love this. So easy.
I do the crop top and i love it so so much thanks for this
❤❤❤ This is lovely can anyone tell me how many skeins I need for a long version in medium??
The pattern on the website and the pattern in the video are different. Some of the rows are off.
Thank you
Very nice and simple, thank you so much
So excited to try this after exams!
Hi hun love your work just wondering if you have the size L chains for this one. I'm a newbie beginner. ☺️
Thank you so much! I was literally looking for one of these since xmas thank you!!
hello, im new to the whole knitting thing, is it okay to use cotton yarn to knit the tank top? bcs its the only type of yarn i have atm. thanks in advance!!
I also started crocheting this tank top with 4 ply 100% cotton yarn and it turns out tiny when I did it. So, I had to undo it. 😅
Thank you for another attractive and easy design!💕
Quantas correntes vc aumenta em cada carreira, obrigada 🇧🇷
Absolutely simple and adorable for this summer❤️Lovely video and pattern
Me encantó la remera y quiero hacerla . Lo que no entendí es la tabla de medidas en cm. Alguien me podría explicar gracias
So cute
Thanks for this pattern! I was thinking about a tank top just like this!
Wow so nice❤💕💕
It’s so beautiful! 🥺💙
Colocar subtítulo en español.🙏 Saludos desde Colombia ❤️
I made the size large and it was too small around the neck and under arms so I am going to try and make an xl
What if I want to make a V neck line not curved? Please guide me. Thanks
Wow it's so cute and bast dress ( sweater )♥♥
Beautiful top. Where is the length measured from? I want my top extra long and wondering how many extra starting chains I could add, and if it affect the pattern.
It easy till you said, for Row 18 repeat Row 14, and how did you get 51 stitches at the end of Row 22
It happened the same to me 😅 how she got 51 if all the row is 55
Instructions so far are very clear, but I have a question about assembly. Are you putting right sides together before whipstitching and then turning the garment right side out before doing the edging? I sew and knit and am assuming that you are seaming to the wrong side but from your video it doesn’t look like it. Thanks.
Gm I and extra large so how many I need to chain can u do one for the extra large
