Quick tip: you need to pull your racquet back a little earlier while you are setting your feet. The way you wait until the last millisecond to pull back makes forehands way harder to time correctly.

Nice video man! the first games the old mand tottally robbed you some calls on good serves. Anyway, keep trying to improve your strokes by preparing early and simplefying the swing. you're hitting to many shots late, specially the deeper balls. congrats for the channel!

Thank you! I really appreciate it, man. I didn't expect any of my videos to get any attention this early, lol. It's fine if my opponent makes a few bad calls; I totally understand, given how fast my serve was, even I make bad calls sometimes. I totally agree with you when it comes to my groundstrokes. I was so hesitant during my match that I let the ball come to me too much. I'll be sure to be more proactive next time!

General rule of thumb is your racket needs to be back and legs loaded, all ready to launch forward by the time the ball bounces. If your still taking your racket back, you're doing it too slow

just a tip, when your in no mans land and the other guy is in the middle, hit it to the corners and go in, dont be just tossing it like a lob back to their strike zone, especially hit it faster if it is a person who can't run as fast.

Thank you for the tip! I took note of that when I was playing my UTR match on Sunday. Although I'm not consistent with my approaches and volleys yet, I'll be sure to keep practicing it!

      老实说,我也很惊讶。我使用 iPhone 12 拍摄了这段视频。如果这听起来很奇怪,我很抱歉;我用谷歌翻译。

You should consider investing in a kick serve. You don’t seem to have a reliable second serve and give away a lot of points.

@@anderewk9457 It’s great to have the determination and dedication. However, you need to be pragmatic! Do you know how tough it is to get to the 10UTR? Go watch some JR competition and learn for yourself

@@alphagamma6709 I totally get what you're saying. I have tried to reach 10 UTR but quit so many times because I keep letting my losses determine who I am. But I don't want to dismiss what I want to do in life just because it seems impossible or hard. Whether I reach a 6.5 or a 10, it doesn't really matter; this channel is meant to be a diary of my self-growth. I hope you continue watching to see whether my progress grows or fails.
