Great video. I have watched many videos on tennis serve and like your structured approach and particularly the tip about using the leg drive to start the racket drop. So helpful.

Good liked the breakdown and drills for the serve. I know the feeling of the uncoil I can feel it in air swings not yet perfected it with the ball toss and hitting the ball. Thanks

Great video 👍 I'd done the hitting the ball with my elbow drill before but I'd overlooked also driving up with your body too - makes a big difference 👍

This video explains well on the elbow up and racket drop are one motion, not separate ones. It cleared a question in my head for long time: how to make the elbow up more naturally.
Also great footage on leading with elbow in various sport

I am having a difficult time to stop bending my arm and instead bend the elbow to get the real racket drop. I did a serve practice where i did good with the elbow bend but now i got back to my bad habits.

As you know Gregg my problem is the early drop as opposed to letting the hips drive. Do you have a good drill to help address this?

@@peterrattenbury8608 I believe it resulted from a genuine effort to troubleshoot a mechanics issue after playing many many hours of tennis. Watching online tennis doesn't result in such deep introspection.

your left arm is wrong position in your follow-through. left arm should pulling down in order to be correct shoulder over shoulder positon which is main reason that can create natral force to pulling you up to sky not pulling you donw to ground .
