That vest seems good enough if you have a good air circulation inside an indoor environment (room, house, etc). Also, feels good to see how much you grown in face of so many thoughts and disappointments. I am in the process of growing in this very moment... things still doesn't look as good as before in my life. But I am like you: once I again, I will keep going. I begged you before to not do anything bad against yourself or against you giving up because I was counting on you to keep going so I can find any source of inspiration and hope for me to hang on so I can keep going too. It was times that my mind, heart and spirit couldn't think well, couldn't find hope that God would help me at that moment, couldn't have anyone to ask to help me. Thank you for not giving up. For growing positively. For finding a new breath to carry on.
