I needed this session today. I’m a teacher and I went on a field trip with almost 60 high school students today. We were all squeezed into 1 yellow school bus for 3 hours in total. Needed to move my legs and clear my head. Thank you so much Connor and GCN.
Great session, I do a GCN session about 3 x per week, this is one of the best I’ve done, for a short session the warm up wasn’t to easy, couple of 7’s in there which gave a longer workout, when the warm up is 3’s and 4’s and a short session I don’t feel I’m getting a great. workout. Epic session, I feel the cool downs help me give it my all on the efforts which is great? GCN sessions have really progressed my riding out on the road. A lot due to technique and mindset. Short climbs I’m able to smash now.
The high minutes are a misnomer; the extra minutes are reserved for a wisely-placed warm-up - I’ve been only doing shorter ones without knowing this because I’m usually pressed for time on the weekdays. Now that I know, I’ll take on more of these mid-week. I feel to get more out of sessions when I have the extended warm-up. It’s reflected in my cardio recovery metric. Thank you again, Connor 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
Really good HARD session. My only criticism is there were none of Connor’s funny metaphors. “Gordon Ramsey on an e-bike” was a recent one and absolute gold!
Connor, good session. I was surprised. Often the 30 minute sessions are too easy. However, this one while super difficult had +7 efforts, which I like. Thank you. Could you add some longer sessions at some point too please?
I try all of the sessions u guys put on GCN as I enjoy the variety. I really wasn’t looking 4ward 2 this 1 at all but I LOVED IT! Connor ur words of wisdom at the beginning of the video carried me all the way thru. So upbeat & positive - just brilliant 🤩
Thanks for the videos. Been off the bike for a couple months after a crash. Still a month or so from getting back on the road, but your trainer workouts are great as I get started pedaling again.
Utterly utterly savage, what a buzz when you finish, Occasionally I would love to know how far some of you go in these sessions, this will give me and other a bit of guidance to see if we are in the right gears or distance….just a guide is all. Thanks though 🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️
Good to have you back, Connor 😊. This is actually s good one with quite a high rate of VO2 max.However, missing some of your verbal instructions...too bad when I'm focused on riding and not watching the screen. Instead, too much talking to the others, esp. with the new guy in front.
Shamefully I have had to admit defeat on that one only got to 23 minutes in I think I had my excises bike to hard on level 10 kind of killed my legs off I’ll try again tomorrow
