Insym if you select an employee or employees, you can right click on an escaped abnormality or ordeal (the cursor gets red when you hover) and your selected employees will suppress them, following them if they change rooms, since clicking the room the abnormality is in will require a lot of focus. Also left-clicking an escaped abnormality will bring up a panel of your employees where you can quickly see their health and sanity, and even order them to attack the abnormality
Just a tip - the clerks are also considered as employess. So the q counter of big bird lowered because clerks died . I think this assumption is correct. Please check if you have any doubt❤❤
Yep, Clerks count too. That's why it mentioned "it doesn't count execution bullets" since those are for taking out clerks to avoid their deaths triggering abnormalities.
Just a tip I think has been mentioned already but wanted to reiterate: Any description on an SCP that says "all employees" includes clerks as well, ie big bird
1. First of all, you've been absolutely crushing it so far. The game does have harder challenges still but for now you're doing really well. 2. I don't really wanna tell you exactly what Shelter from the 27th of March does but let me tell you this one thing: The chaos that the shelter caused that you mentioned in this video was not, in fact, immediate. 3. Meltdowns only affect the Qliphoth Counter and don't directly cause Abnormalities to escape. That means non-escaping entities like Granny don't do anything when the timer runs out and Woodsman won't escape on his own - he'll just get his counter down to 0. That being said you still generally don't want to let the Meltdowns run out cause you'll lose some energy but you don't absolutely have to send employees to dangerous Abnormalities like Woodsman. 4. I think it might be a good idea to get some more employees so that you have more people to send to Meltdowns cause it seems they're getting higher in numbers quite fast.
Ah for butterflies, basically their whole lore entry says that in lob corp, everyone has unceremonious deaths with noone to mourn them, he is that mourner, but there is just so much death in this company that his feeble attempts to give people a "proper death" is wasted, and useless, he came here to free them all through a proper death, but became trapped in there himself....sadge
Just to clearify on how risk level affects damage: Any damage done by any weapon or abnormality is unaffected by risk level if the target wears a suit or is an abnormality with either the same risk level, or one below it. So if an ALEPH abnormality hits an agent with ALEPH or WAW armor, risk level doesnt matter. Same if an agents with an ALEPH weapon hits an ALEPH or WAW abnormality. If an attack hits something that is 2 risk levels below it, for example a HE abnormality hitting an agent with ZAYIN armor, the attack will deal 120% damage, so a 1.2 mutiplier. If an attack hits something that is 3 risk levels below it, the attack will deal 150% damage. If an attack hits something that is 4 risk levels below it, so ALEPH hitting ZAYIN, the attack will deal 200% damage. That means, against a HE abnormality that deals red damage, a ZAYIN suit with 0.5 red resistance would still be better than a HE suit with 1.0 resistance.
If I remember it correctly, every level apart matters, because in manual it clearly stated -4 to 4, so you can’t ignore any lvl or you can’t get that value
I checked and I was halfway wrong. I thought those modifiers are mirrored, yet it is balanced as all things should be Burnt my last brain cell to understand that striking someone 1 lvl higher is punished, yet taking a hit same way is mitigated

thanks for playing that gem of a game. don't worry to much about restarting from zero when you think you need it. you know what you have to do, abno to avoid, how much is grind is not necessary, etc. just remember to try as much as possible to finish the objectif of each departement, since the upgrade are permanent. fun meta trivia, when you select a new abno, the firts letter stand for something: O-original, F-fairy tail, T-Trauma, etc (Edit, you did know that, huh). by the way, every equipement you have (armor and weapons) and abno info is kept when you reset. it is better to buy every equipement even if the look bad since on a reset, you kept it. fast attack speed weapon (like the chicken gun) are really fast to compensate for the low dommage. like chaingun fast. abno backstory (thanks for reading) is full only when you have all information. high/normal/low succes rate are just probability. With high enough temperance, every thing can be "high". just remember if the abno don't like a specific stat at above/below a number. Post 100 stat point, exp is very low/null. don't know if you already know that, the danger level of abno correspond to the exp your agent get by working on it. More dangerous is better. when abno escaped or employe panic, you can click on them and see the list of employe availaible. click on employe in the list will make them target the abno and run after them if the abno go in another room. when the task is finish, the employe return to the last area assigned to them. 1:54:00 yes, it one of those. 2:30:00 my favorite abno tool. make the user panic, so you put another employe inside to heal the firts employe, but you forget the second employe so a third have to go. fun time. also, the tool is bugged, it will sp heal all employe from the department that the user is from regardless of where they are. That is VERY important. 2:31:31 if only you had a abno tool that could heal SP of other employe. like one sin. You are right about the letters and numbers of abnormalities having a meaning. For the letters, F means that abnormality originates from fairy tale, T means that an abnormality is related to trauma or phobia, O generally classifies abnormalies that have unknown causes of origin, ane D is for abnormalies that were made by suggestions of people who made donations to the game. Apparently, the first number also has a meaning for the structure of the abnormaly. 01 - humanoid, 02 - animalistic, 03 - foreign to our world (mostly religious), 04 - inanimate objects, 05 - machines, 06 - abstract, 07 - breaching tools, 09 - tools that cannot breach Second pair of numbers is not important and just a special number given for the abnormaly identification.

They will follow it around and return back to their rooms once it's gone. This way you don't have to constantly move them from room to room. This method is also extremely useful for suppressing panicking employees.
Some of the abilities don't work (same goes for several gifts that abnormalities give), and developers never really cared to fix this issue. There is a mod though that fixes it, and I highly recommend downloading it!
@salfdjkfekozxas1065 I also noticed it at approximately that time, when I got Blue Star equipment, which is supposed to heal all people nearby the one who is wearing it, but it never did. So it is really sad that so many busted things are not working, and people get screwed over it a lot
Hey Insym, I just had a thought: With the "You must be happy" machine anomaly, you should maybe use it to lower some of your employee's stats to combat the issue of those Anomalies that require a specific lower range of stats! I reckon that's another reason why it's probably top 3 best tool SCP's in the game

But it is SO neat to see how insym’s brain works having to deal with all the complicated mechanics of all the SCPs. ESPECIALLY when there is so many. ❤
Hey Insym, in the deployment menu (where you can choose what department everyone goes), if you click a employee, you have the option to lock and hide EGO Gifts (the little regalias they have that aren't suits/weapons), if you LOCK a gift, it cannot be substituted by a Gift that occupies the same spot (example, shy look gift also use the 'Eye' slot, the same that Maidsi has the Grandma Glasses) that way, you don't run the risk of having a worse gift removing a good one The HIDE option is more for aesthetics, you still have the gifts bonuses, but the gifts itself are invisible, so you can hide "ugly" ones (like, again, Shy look lol). Plss continue the playthrough!!
So the reason why your agent panicked while working on woodsman and died to the clerks is his ZAYIN gear, which is almost completely worthless, especially when dealing with a HE. You can get a lot more equipment from your current abnormalities that you ignore although even TETH level gear from the void dream would be a massive improvement.
You can't understand how truly epic this game is until you hear the banger of the 2nd trumpet. You also can't understand dispair until you hear the 3rd

one thing that is important to note is that returning to a memory repository maintains your EGO equipment, all research information, quest completion, and a certain ability of a certain abnormality. the only things lost are the Stat gains and EGO gifts your agents obtained after the memory repository, as well as all abnormalities and facility upgrades obtained in that same time. this is also true of going to first day, which is something the game wants you to do.
I'd suggest reading the in game employer guide (or what's its name) in the escape menu. It explains about levels, why gear level matters, how panic/insanity works, what employee mood when starting work means, etc.
@Insym this is a must read: if an abnormality/ordeal/panicked employee run around the facility, you dont need to constantly select the rooms they are running towards with your employees. You can select your employees and then right click on top of the abnormality/ordeal/panicked employee. They will constanty try to surpress and follow them wherever they choose to go. This is very useful when you have multiple threats (like the doubt ordeal) or very fast SCPs (or panicked employees like 1:59:00)
It's not that dangerous, it's just...that. I've dealt with this abno before, this thing NEVER breaches if you keep staring. It's a plus that the Qlipoth never decreases on Bad or Normal. All in all, 4/10. Easy to handle, but the gear is ass
I knew after you uploaded the first video of this game that you would love it, since there is a ton to discover and trial and error gameplay, which many games I've seen you play have. Also F1 opens up the manual you can see the risk level gear difference chart.

I Love this game and I am glad you are still making the video! I'm also surprised on how lucky you are getting, I had at least 1 Aleph level abnormality before day 20. I would love to see you do a 100% completion of this game, but that will take multiple playthroughs.

I started playing this when Insym played, and when I got here I got Nothing There, and Censored both at the same time... it was painfully long to understand them
I won't tell you much aka spoil much but I shall give some tips, restarting days because someone dies or everything going wrong is perfectly fine! it's actually very common to do this and it will be very common to do this in later days. Overall nice job, keep making most of these videos, also congrats on getting funeral of the dead butterflies one of my favorite abnormalities. Don't worry about calling abnormalities SCPs, its perfectly fine whatever you call it, you shouldn't get too worried from what others say. Qliphoth Overload will only happen to WAWs and ALEPHs, WAWs will only get -4% success rate and ALEPHs will get -6% success rate every time, however Qliphoth Overload will go away every meltdown and the end of the day. Qliphoth Overload can happen if a whole department is dead which causes all abnormalities to get -50% success rate. Extra stats will appear due to gifts or the agent's title and even the armbands the agent's department they are in, this can be good or not good. There is different panics each for the highest stat, Murder panic is for someone having fortitude as their highest stat. Self-un-okay panic is for someone having prudence as their highest stat. Wander panic is for someone having temperance as their highest stat. Shutdown panic is for someone having justice as their highest stat. Murder panic will have the panicking employee will head to their main room and attack any nearby employees. self-un-okay panic is well they stand still snap their head and their death will cause employee's SP to lower. Wandering panic will have the panicking employee to wander around the whole facility causing white damage to employees in the room and Shutdown panic will cause the employee to go around the facility to a random abnormality's containment and hit the door until they give up or the abnormality's counter is fully lowered. However clerks can only go into two panics which can't affect your nuggets/agents, they can go into self-un-okay panic and wandering panic. Despite some abnormalities being very dangerous it means high risk high reward especially certain EGO equipment and sometimes even energy if the work goes right.

Some tips for you without spoilers! If you are trying to learn what some abnormality do, feel free to feed all your agents to it in order to unlock every info you need, and then reset the day! Second tip about memory repository and resets. Basically this game is kinda rogue like. You can choose different abnormalities, learn them, unlock armor and weapons and then reset with memory repository. Your stuff you learned will remain learned, weapons will save, but stats you leveled up on agents will reset. Same works if you reset to day 1 for some reason.
Insym, you are right that few high level agents are infinitely better than many low lvl, HOWEVER it should be at least 2, ideally 3 employees per department. Otherwise later on when you have to deal with higher meltdowns you won't have enough employees to deal with all of them.
1:35:37 This might sound a bit counterintuitive, but clerks are considered as employees too, so their deaths lower the Qliphoth counter of Big Bird too
@Insym, you can use the same machine you use to upgrade characters to lower a characters stats so they can be used for abnormalities with specific stat requirements. Also for the longer days which will happen as the quota increases will need more employees as there will be more abnormalities melting down.
I just had an idea for the too high stats needed SCP-like creatures. The machine you got early on! You use it for bonus stats, but you can also intentionally hut no to temporarily lower your stats for the day and reach the low levels needed for a specific low skill needed.
When you click on a certain abno/insane employee and order somebody to supress it you dont need to keep clicking, the agent doing the supression locks in and automatically chases the target

You don't have to keep ordering employees to go into the rooms with the abnormalities/panicking employee, there's a feature that allows your employees to follow and attack them. After selecting an employee(s), you can simply right-click the abnormality/panicking employee when your cursor turns red to make the selected employee(s) follow and attack them throughout rooms. Another way to do this is to left-click the abnormality/panicking employee, opening a menu that allows you to select employees you want to "suppress" said target. Any employee you click to suppress will then follow and attack them. This is also the main way you "suppress" panicking employees, because simply putting another employee into the room with them will not do anything.
I'm not sure why, but I quite like the series and want to see it all the way trough even though the gameplay is quite monotonous. As soon as the new episode drops I can't help but to be interested and ponder "what will this one bring", and want to see it asap lol.

Insym. You can directly click the target you want X employee to attack. No need to click the room their in. Clerks also count as "employees" reducing Big Birds counter.

On the big bird Q counter lowers when 5 clerks die, not only your employees. And if u want to supress someone who is moving fast you dont need to move you employees to every room, just select the employees that you want and click on the supressing object and they will follow it untill the end

Never been to a video earlier than this. I was so scared! I know this game is niche but you did something amazing - game ABSOLUTELY unfit for stream or long playthrough, you made into incredibly entertaining vids, ones i rewatch several times in free time. And from the very thumbnail i see the bane of my supressions xD SPOILERFREE TIPS BELOW Reminding you don't need to order your guys to go to a "rom" to fight. Just leftclick a target and on the right side of your screen you'll be able to manually designate nuggets to fight/sanity-bonk. They will follow their target between rooms, too, so the only manual clicking you'll need would be for kiting. Warning regarding solemn lament: its level is WAW because - if the aesthetic didn't give it away - it has TWO types of damage simultaneously. I would not recomend using it to sanity-bonk. Ah! The level up of stats does not happen until end of the day! So working prudence on woodsman would not increase the temperance. What CAN happen, however, is if you gain an EGO gift that adds JUST enough of a stat to cross the treshhold between, for example, level 2 and level 3 of a stat. Yeah, screw you Singing Machine. Mascot? Punishing bird serves as one, usually. The other one, referred affectionately as "doggo" is something.. DON'T. NO.
General tip: - Depending on the anomaly you should assign one person to the area closest to it so they're always around it to work on it when the qilphoth meltdown occurs, and ANOTHER person with a sanity weapon if the anomaly causes sanity damage (white or black) to immediately heal them if there's even a decent chance of them going insane. Also consider the possibility of an escape in the same sense. Really hope you try to go the whole way with this one, despite the difficulty! You're getting about to the point where I first reset when I played. If you decide to do so, try to make a point of unlocking all of the info on the Abnormalities you have so that you can safely skip/ignore those the next go around. Just doing something like hiring a few guys to throw away into the death trap one and such.
Love watching this series. Thought of some harebrained ideas that might be good to test out: 1) if you need lower stats to be successful working with an scp-anomaly you should use the HAPPY machine for a NO result to lower the stats! 2) if you're worried about what your BLESSED employees will do once Doc Plauge escapes you could sacrifice them to the machine that turns them into PE, then you don't gotta worry about them & you can finish unlocking its secrets! Just make sure to take their equipment off 1st maybe.
Tip about the abnos recommended work type As you can see, it says like Instinct I very low II very low III common IV common V common. The numbers mean the level of the relevant stat, so in Instinct it'd be Fortitude for example. Saying cuz you got some like that and instantly discarded to use those skills, when they are very useful to farm in the later levels. Just be careful not to throw the ones it says Low (I and II in this example) Also! You dodged two bullets when choosing abnos, well done xd
There will be some Abnornalities that can't be worked with high level agents. You even have these type of abnormalities, not going to spoil which one but anyway. You can create a dedicated agents for some Abnornalities. Name them like "Abnormality name" and always use them to work on that abnormality!
I really hope you won't quit this game. You will only take pace from up here in events and the game will be insanely interesting. Also, PLEASE, suppress the Dusk ordeal😅
Trumpets signal how dangerous a site-wide containment breach is. If a lot of employee's are dead and a weak abnormality escapes, there will still be a trumpet because of the low employee count. It also counts how much breaches there are.
Just a few tips, u can get a mod that stacks the health bars of people on top of eachother, therefore making it a lot easier to see who's low on hp/sp in a fight, also when u fight anomalies try having the tankiest person attack from the front and the rest attack from behind it so only 1 person takes damage. Also temperance increases work success chance so having high temperance and then another stat being high will increase the success rate from something that might usually be normal to high. Having all the blessed employees actually working doesn't matter, they won't turn on you or anything like that. U can also get an ego gift to replace certain other ego gifts if they're in the same slot. So an ego gift that is a hat can be replaced by another one that's a hat. U can also left click a panicked employee or escaped anomaly to send a work order for someone to go there and supress them that way u don't have to constantly right click the hallway they're in, they'll just follow them until they reach them. When you're in your ego list and u click details on some of the suits/weapons u can see that some of them have special abilities.

Most other let's players often give up on this game for the obvious reason of it being really long to complete/repetitive, so while im always excited for anyone who plays it in 2024, i also half expect ppl to just drop it. but i still respect those for playing it over nothing. Insym if you select an employee or employees, you can right click on an escaped abnormality or ordeal (the cursor gets red when you hover) and your selected employees will suppress them, following them if they change rooms, since clicking the room the abnormality is in will require a lot of focus.
Also left-clicking an escaped abnormality will bring up a panel of your employees where you can quickly see their health and sanity, and even order them to attack the abnormality

That's why it mentioned "it doesn't count execution bullets" since those are for taking out clerks to avoid their deaths triggering abnormalities.
Just a tip I think has been mentioned already but wanted to reiterate: Any description on an SCP that says "all employees" includes clerks as well, ie big bird
1. First of all, you've been absolutely crushing it so far. The game does have harder challenges still but for now you're doing really well.
2. I don't really wanna tell you exactly what Shelter from the 27th of March does but let me tell you this one thing: The chaos that the shelter caused that you mentioned in this video was not, in fact, immediate.
3. Meltdowns only affect the Qliphoth Counter and don't directly cause Abnormalities to escape. That means non-escaping entities like Granny don't do anything when the timer runs out and Woodsman won't escape on his own - he'll just get his counter down to 0. That being said you still generally don't want to let the Meltdowns run out cause you'll lose some energy but you don't absolutely have to send employees to dangerous Abnormalities like Woodsman.
4. I think it might be a good idea to get some more employees so that you have more people to send to Meltdowns cause it seems they're getting higher in numbers quite fast.
You should add that he can know what dawn/noon/dusk/midnight event it's going to be based on the color it's written in.
Yeah i think that you should go with fewer employees only in late game, since by then you have most abnos memorised and alot more good gear in storage
Ah for butterflies, basically their whole lore entry says that in lob corp, everyone has unceremonious deaths with noone to mourn them, he is that mourner, but there is just so much death in this company that his feeble attempts to give people a "proper death" is wasted, and useless, he came here to free them all through a proper death, but became trapped in there himself....sadge
Just to clearify on how risk level affects damage:
Any damage done by any weapon or abnormality is unaffected by risk level if the target wears a suit or is an abnormality with either the same risk level, or one below it.
So if an ALEPH abnormality hits an agent with ALEPH or WAW armor, risk level doesnt matter.
Same if an agents with an ALEPH weapon hits an ALEPH or WAW abnormality.
If an attack hits something that is 2 risk levels below it, for example a HE abnormality hitting an agent with ZAYIN armor, the attack will deal 120% damage, so a 1.2 mutiplier.
If an attack hits something that is 3 risk levels below it, the attack will deal 150% damage.
If an attack hits something that is 4 risk levels below it, so ALEPH hitting ZAYIN, the attack will deal 200% damage.
That means, against a HE abnormality that deals red damage, a ZAYIN suit with 0.5 red resistance would still be better than a HE suit with 1.0 resistance.
If I remember it correctly, every level apart matters, because in manual it clearly stated -4 to 4, so you can’t ignore any lvl or you can’t get that value

don't worry to much about restarting from zero when you think you need it. you know what you have to do, abno to avoid, how much is grind is not necessary, etc. just remember to try as much as possible to finish the objectif of each departement, since the upgrade are permanent.
fun meta trivia, when you select a new abno, the firts letter stand for something: O-original, F-fairy tail, T-Trauma, etc (Edit, you did know that, huh).
by the way, every equipement you have (armor and weapons) and abno info is kept when you reset. it is better to buy every equipement even if the look bad since on a reset, you kept it. fast attack speed weapon (like the chicken gun) are really fast to compensate for the low dommage. like chaingun fast.
abno backstory (thanks for reading) is full only when you have all information.
high/normal/low succes rate are just probability. With high enough temperance, every thing can be "high". just remember if the abno don't like a specific stat at above/below a number.
Post 100 stat point, exp is very low/null.
don't know if you already know that, the danger level of abno correspond to the exp your agent get by working on it. More dangerous is better.
when abno escaped or employe panic, you can click on them and see the list of employe availaible. click on employe in the list will make them target the abno and run after them if the abno go in another room. when the task is finish, the employe return to the last area assigned to them.

You are right about the letters and numbers of abnormalities having a meaning.
For the letters, F means that abnormality originates from fairy tale, T means that an abnormality is related to trauma or phobia, O generally classifies abnormalies that have unknown causes of origin, ane D is for abnormalies that were made by suggestions of people who made donations to the game.
Apparently, the first number also has a meaning for the structure of the abnormaly.
01 - humanoid, 02 - animalistic, 03 - foreign to our world (mostly religious), 04 - inanimate objects, 05 - machines, 06 - abstract, 07 - breaching tools, 09 - tools that cannot breach
Second pair of numbers is not important and just a special number given for the abnormaly identification.
AS far as I know, O stands for Original, as in the creators of the game made the abnormality up without any direct inspiration.

Also you can select employees and right click an abnormality to send them suppress it. They will follow it around and return back to their rooms once it's gone. This way you don't have to constantly move them from room to room. This method is also extremely useful for suppressing panicking employees.

Some of the abilities don't work (same goes for several gifts that abnormalities give), and developers never really cared to fix this issue. There is a mod though that fixes it, and I highly recommend downloading it!

With the "You must be happy" machine anomaly, you should maybe use it to lower some of your employee's stats to combat the issue of those Anomalies that require a specific lower range of stats!

But it is SO neat to see how insym’s brain works having to deal with all the complicated mechanics of all the SCPs. ESPECIALLY when there is so many. ❤
Hey Insym, in the deployment menu (where you can choose what department everyone goes), if you click a employee, you have the option to lock and hide EGO Gifts (the little regalias they have that aren't suits/weapons), if you LOCK a gift, it cannot be substituted by a Gift that occupies the same spot (example, shy look gift also use the 'Eye' slot, the same that Maidsi has the Grandma Glasses) that way, you don't run the risk of having a worse gift removing a good one
The HIDE option is more for aesthetics, you still have the gifts bonuses, but the gifts itself are invisible, so you can hide "ugly" ones (like, again, Shy look lol).

So the reason why your agent panicked while working on woodsman and died to the clerks is his ZAYIN gear, which is almost completely worthless, especially when dealing with a HE.
You can get a lot more equipment from your current abnormalities that you ignore although even TETH level gear from the void dream would be a massive improvement.
You can't understand how truly epic this game is until you hear the banger of the 2nd trumpet.

one thing that is important to note is that returning to a memory repository maintains your EGO equipment, all research information, quest completion, and a certain ability of a certain abnormality. the only things lost are the Stat gains and EGO gifts your agents obtained after the memory repository, as well as all abnormalities and facility upgrades obtained in that same time. this is also true of going to first day, which is something the game wants you to do.
This series is honestly so hype. Thank you for continuing this.
I'd suggest reading the in game employer guide (or what's its name) in the escape menu. It explains about levels, why gear level matters, how panic/insanity works, what employee mood when starting work means, etc.
@Insym this is a must read: if an abnormality/ordeal/panicked employee run around the facility, you dont need to constantly select the rooms they are running towards with your employees. You can select your employees and then right click on top of the abnormality/ordeal/panicked employee. They will constanty try to surpress and follow them wherever they choose to go. This is very useful when you have multiple threats (like the doubt ordeal) or very fast SCPs (or panicked employees like 1:59:00)

I started playing this when Insym played, and when I got here I got Nothing There, and Censored both at the same time... it was painfully long to understand them
I won't tell you much aka spoil much but I shall give some tips, restarting days because someone dies or everything going wrong is perfectly fine! it's actually very common to do this and it will be very common to do this in later days. Overall nice job, keep making most of these videos, also congrats on getting funeral of the dead butterflies one of my favorite abnormalities.
Don't worry about calling abnormalities SCPs, its perfectly fine whatever you call it, you shouldn't get too worried from what others say.
Qliphoth Overload will only happen to WAWs and ALEPHs, WAWs will only get -4% success rate and ALEPHs will get -6% success rate every time, however Qliphoth Overload will go away every meltdown and the end of the day. Qliphoth Overload can happen if a whole department is dead which causes all abnormalities to get -50% success rate.
Extra stats will appear due to gifts or the agent's title and even the armbands the agent's department they are in, this can be good or not good.
There is different panics each for the highest stat, Murder panic is for someone having fortitude as their highest stat. Self-un-okay panic is for someone having prudence as their highest stat. Wander panic is for someone having temperance as their highest stat. Shutdown panic is for someone having justice as their highest stat.
Murder panic will have the panicking employee will head to their main room and attack any nearby employees. self-un-okay panic is well they stand still snap their head and their death will cause employee's SP to lower. Wandering panic will have the panicking employee to wander around the whole facility causing white damage to employees in the room and Shutdown panic will cause the employee to go around the facility to a random abnormality's containment and hit the door until they give up or the abnormality's counter is fully lowered. However clerks can only go into two panics which can't affect your nuggets/agents, they can go into self-un-okay panic and wandering panic.
Despite some abnormalities being very dangerous it means high risk high reward especially certain EGO equipment and sometimes even energy if the work goes right.

Some tips for you without spoilers!
If you are trying to learn what some abnormality do, feel free to feed all your agents to it in order to unlock every info you need, and then reset the day!
Second tip about memory repository and resets. Basically this game is kinda rogue like. You can choose different abnormalities, learn them, unlock armor and weapons and then reset with memory repository.
Your stuff you learned will remain learned, weapons will save, but stats you leveled up on agents will reset. Same works if you reset to day 1 for some reason.

Insym, you are right that few high level agents are infinitely better than many low lvl, HOWEVER it should be at least 2, ideally 3 employees per department.
Otherwise later on when you have to deal with higher meltdowns you won't have enough employees to deal with all of them.

@Insym, you can use the same machine you use to upgrade characters to lower a characters stats so they can be used for abnormalities with specific stat requirements. Also for the longer days which will happen as the quota increases will need more employees as there will be more abnormalities melting down.
I just had an idea for the too high stats needed SCP-like creatures. The machine you got early on! You use it for bonus stats, but you can also intentionally hut no to temporarily lower your stats for the day and reach the low levels needed for a specific low skill needed.
When you click on a certain abno/insane employee and order somebody to supress it you dont need to keep clicking, the agent doing the supression locks in and automatically chases the target

You don't have to keep ordering employees to go into the rooms with the abnormalities/panicking employee, there's a feature that allows your employees to follow and attack them.
After selecting an employee(s), you can simply right-click the abnormality/panicking employee when your cursor turns red to make the selected employee(s) follow and attack them throughout rooms. Another way to do this is to left-click the abnormality/panicking employee, opening a menu that allows you to select employees you want to "suppress" said target. Any employee you click to suppress will then follow and attack them.
This is also the main way you "suppress" panicking employees, because simply putting another employee into the room with them will not do anything.
I'm not sure why, but I quite like the series and want to see it all the way trough even though the gameplay is quite monotonous. As soon as the new episode drops I can't help but to be interested and ponder "what will this one bring", and want to see it asap lol.

On the big bird Q counter lowers when 5 clerks die, not only your employees.
And if u want to supress someone who is moving fast you dont need to move you employees to every room, just select the employees that you want and click on the supressing object and they will follow it untill the end

Never been to a video earlier than this. I was so scared! I know this game is niche but you did something amazing - game ABSOLUTELY unfit for stream or long playthrough, you made into incredibly entertaining vids, ones i rewatch several times in free time. And from the very thumbnail i see the bane of my supressions xD
SPOILERFREE TIPS BELOW
Reminding you don't need to order your guys to go to a "rom" to fight. Just leftclick a target and on the right side of your screen you'll be able to manually designate nuggets to fight/sanity-bonk. They will follow their target between rooms, too, so the only manual clicking you'll need would be for kiting.
Warning regarding solemn lament: its level is WAW because - if the aesthetic didn't give it away - it has TWO types of damage simultaneously. I would not recomend using it to sanity-bonk.
Ah! The level up of stats does not happen until end of the day! So working prudence on woodsman would not increase the temperance. What CAN happen, however, is if you gain an EGO gift that adds JUST enough of a stat to cross the treshhold between, for example, level 2 and level 3 of a stat. Yeah, screw you Singing Machine.
Mascot? Punishing bird serves as one, usually. The other one, referred affectionately as "doggo" is something.. DON'T. NO.

An easy tip is to simply browse the manual. There are many useful pieces of info like the shinenigans with higher danger class armor = better

General tip:
- Depending on the anomaly you should assign one person to the area closest to it so they're always around it to work on it when the qilphoth meltdown occurs, and ANOTHER person with a sanity weapon if the anomaly causes sanity damage (white or black) to immediately heal them if there's even a decent chance of them going insane.
Also consider the possibility of an escape in the same sense.
Now for some ambiguous tips for the sake of not being spoiler:
- A hammer may seem single edged, until it is too late.
- "might be best to not know and ... than to know and ..."
- "we found additional uses ... beyond what was initially suggested."

Really hope you try to go the whole way with this one, despite the difficulty! You're getting about to the point where I first reset when I played. If you decide to do so, try to make a point of unlocking all of the info on the Abnormalities you have so that you can safely skip/ignore those the next go around. Just doing something like hiring a few guys to throw away into the death trap one and such.
Love watching this series. Thought of some harebrained ideas that might be good to test out:
1) if you need lower stats to be successful working with an scp-anomaly you should use the HAPPY machine for a NO result to lower the stats!
2) if you're worried about what your BLESSED employees will do once Doc Plauge escapes you could sacrifice them to the machine that turns them into PE, then you don't gotta worry about them & you can finish unlocking its secrets! Just make sure to take their equipment off 1st maybe.
Tip about the abnos recommended work type
As you can see, it says like
Instinct
I very low
II very low
III common
IV common
V common.
The numbers mean the level of the relevant stat, so in Instinct it'd be Fortitude for example. Saying cuz you got some like that and instantly discarded to use those skills, when they are very useful to farm in the later levels. Just be careful not to throw the ones it says Low (I and II in this example)

There will be some Abnornalities that can't be worked with high level agents. You even have these type of abnormalities, not going to spoil which one but anyway. You can create a dedicated agents for some Abnornalities. Name them like "Abnormality name" and always use them to work on that abnormality!

I really hope you won't quit this game. You will only take pace from up here in events and the game will be insanely interesting. Also, PLEASE, suppress the Dusk ordeal😅
Trumpets signal how dangerous a site-wide containment breach is. If a lot of employee's are dead and a weak abnormality escapes, there will still be a trumpet because of the low employee count. It also counts how much breaches there are.

Just a few tips, u can get a mod that stacks the health bars of people on top of eachother, therefore making it a lot easier to see who's low on hp/sp in a fight, also when u fight anomalies try having the tankiest person attack from the front and the rest attack from behind it so only 1 person takes damage.
Also temperance increases work success chance so having high temperance and then another stat being high will increase the success rate from something that might usually be normal to high.
Having all the blessed employees actually working doesn't matter, they won't turn on you or anything like that.
U can also get an ego gift to replace certain other ego gifts if they're in the same slot. So an ego gift that is a hat can be replaced by another one that's a hat.
U can also left click a panicked employee or escaped anomaly to send a work order for someone to go there and supress them that way u don't have to constantly right click the hallway they're in, they'll just follow them until they reach them.
When you're in your ego list and u click details on some of the suits/weapons u can see that some of them have special abilities.
