The explosion that shakes the facility drops every employee’s sanity by 130 points, meaning employees with Prudence EX and ego gifts that increase SP can actually stay sane if this effect happens btw. The Qliphoth deterrence counter face turning into a frown releases every abnormality at once. Every clerk may panic or die too, this is to ensure a certain abnormality escapes for certain (Army in Black) Blood covering the screen drops every employee’s hp to 0. It’s simple but I love how it got different options to punish the player for clicking it.

For an abnormality that is completely useless and is not meant to be used at all, it sure has some very cool visual effects

It's a 1/3 chance between each of the 3 effects that happens. A couple other comments have more details about exactly what each effect does
It happens when you try to check the info on it. It releases every abnormality.
