This is a fully edited run - a ‘super-cut’ of a very long playthrough. This run has a few of my favorite ever ‘RimWorld Stories’. I am currently working on timestamps for each ‘episode’ but RUclips will save your place, so feel free to come back and watch in as many parts as you need. I wanted to talk a little bit about this edit decision and such. I was originally going to make a short update video, but don’t have time today. Episodic content doesn’t do super great on RUclips because YT doesn’t recommend things as a series like Netflix or such does. So each video competes against others in the same series. In addition, if one episode doesn’t do as well because it got ‘pushed’ to people that had not made it that far in the series and therefore don’t click it, YT will stop offering the other videos to as many people. As such, I wanted to test having a ‘super cut’ of an entire series where the chapters/timestamps were the episode breaks. This was supposed to be edited as I played it, and come out within a week of the VOD versions ending. Unfortunately, this did not happen. This is the first time the editor (and myself) have worked on things in this way and work flow did not go over as expected, not to mention the unforeseen technical issues (the editor had to re-encode and re-process hundreds of GB of 4k content many times). I am not blaming the editor or anyone, like I said, this is a new process to us both. However, it is very disappointing because - I initially wanted this out 4-5 weeks ago so that it would be a good ‘test’ before the DLC came out and I could then make an informed decision on if I wanted to do this kind of video again, go back to episodes, or not have editing at all anymore. That obviously didn’t happen. Then it was supposed to be out 2ish weeks ago, again, things were behind and it did not happen. So now it is coming out as soon as it processed - a single day before RimWorld Anomaly - and I am afraid it will get drowned by all the DLC content flooding RUclips and not be a great test. Really unfortunate, as it was a really cool run with lots of stories. Also, because of the above, I haven’t had a chance to ‘quality control’ this video. So if there are any screwed up parts just let me know and I will see if I can edit them out or at least timestamp them. I’m looking through it now as well but wanted to get this up and watchable as soon as it finished loading. As always you can watch the FULL VOD versions in the ‘LIVE’ tab on the channel. I hope you enjoy this silly Sanguophage run, and will see you in the DLC!

Oh boy oh boy. What a gift! Edited runs do not need time stamps adam. Time stamps were useful for us to jump to interesting parts in unedited runs. In this one everything is interesting.
You know, i know you said you lose money on these edited runs, but this is phenomenal content. This is quite literally the Rimworld i'm not capable of committing to. LOL It's hilarious!
I'm new to your channel and your content in general, and I came here after hearing you talk about really loving this playthrough in your first Anomaly run! It's as fun to watch as you expressed. If it means anything, I really enjoy the longer, edited-down versions of series like this. I can only imagine the work that went into getting this out; it's wonderful from a viewer standpoint.
Man, I feel so bad that this is gonna get drowned by all the "We found the CUBE in RimWorld Anomaly" videos. In my opinion this was one of your best runs! I did speak about this before, but I absolutely agree that a 20~30 part series is terrible for RUclips algorithms. As the reach of every next episode in the series is usually limited to the people who watched the last one. I really hope this one reaches a wider audience because this run absolutely deserves it!
Kanuos, what's your take on releasing episodic content but leaving the episode number out of the title? I've seen some series do well when they just have an interesting title and thumbnail even though it's actually episode 7 or whatever. I really liked in Adam's last edited series, the very beginning of the video was "Look at this cool thing that happens this episode! Stay tuned to see it happen!"
@@OniNaito I'm not the one you asked but I'm feeling inclined to comment for engagement :D There's so many youtube series I lose track of and stop watching because I have no idea where I was. I see why this format works, and it really works for me, as silly as it seems- there's one video that sits in my watched list that I can hit up perioidically vs trying to remember which number episode I was on
@@OniNaito If all of the videos do well on their own, then it's a great format. Many attribute Minecraft's success in RUclips partly to its byte sized nature. RimWorld however, probably won't ever work. It's the same reason why Frostpunk did not do well on RUclips.

Neat super cut. I actually like this lol. Sometimes I intend to watch a full edited playlist but then forget to keep up or forget what happened and youtube never recs it so it becomes even worse lol. Hope it goes well for you. worth a shot, see what the youtube gods like
I was absolutely miserable because of the seasonal allergies. This upload made my day, thank you! I hope as many people as possible will watch it in anticipation of DLC release.
Brother, I found your videos recently and you have SUCH a fantastic voice. When my mind’s buzzing with anxiety bees, it’s so soothing to lay in bed and watch/listen to you play~!
I am 33 minutes into this video and already crying laughing. And this video did end up in my recommended so I guess your channel is safe from the algorithm? Lol.
I just wanted to say that I was just watching your playthrough of Norland (I couldn't comment there, so I clicked on this video), and within the first few minutes you gave me an idea for Dungeons and Dragons, and I'm not even sure how. You were customizing your character, and you said that Gambling Addict wasn't a bad negative trait to have. That got me to thinking of a god of gambling in D&D, who maybe gives his followers advantage on rolls when they're making a big gamble. Then I got to thinking that maybe all gods could give some mechanical benefit for worshiping them like that, and so now in my game it mechanically matters who you choose as your god, all because you said that gambling addict wasn't a bad negative trait to have.
I see a bunch of commments stating it will be impossible to find the video, soo maybe i just got lucky. Im around the hour and a half mark in the video, and im really enjoying it. New to the channel, but will definitely check out more of your videos. Additionally, im someone who actually likes watching playthroughs. Soo if uploading one super long video, rather than consecutive ones, is better for the algorithm, im up for it!
I started watching your first playthrough of Anomaly and you kept saying how good a playthrough this was, so I made the decision to put Anomaly playthrough on hold while I catch this one and I gotta say. I'm only at 1:25:00 and this is amazing so far. Kid is MVP so far. And you're right... It seems no matter where you land in this video war crimes are occurring! 2:44:05 Adam gets a girlfriend and immediately starts beating her. Absolutely wild.
It's so silly that it's unironically the best, most resource efficient option to chop off a kids legs, make them sleep on rocks, and constantly drink their blood. And then he dies stuck in a burning building because he's immobile. This game is something.
One of my favourite runs was genuinely hilarious at times, and the pure chaos was so much fun to see. I'm so glad that KIDJIMBO survived; dude was a complete legend. I also don't normally finish watching all the runs because of other stuff, but I enjoyed every part of this run. I watched the VOD up to episode 4 but decided to watch the edited run, and it was a blast. I will happily watch more themed runs in the future. One of my favourite comments in the twitch chat was from some dude that said; when are you doing war crimes, early on and it got such a big laugh out of me..
"Frank is being destroyed by squirrels" 22:45 "We just fed a dead turtle to Frank. Excellent." 23:49 "Eat those corpses, get really unhappy." 25:00 "You just put rice in it and blood comes out. I don't know, it's some kind of archotech magic or something." 52:25
I'm so so glad that I am watching this run. In my opinion your Rimworld content absolutely exemplifies the amazing potential for storytelling the game provides. I think that is largely in part because you are a natural storyteller . Thanks for this great run, and for the super cut!
What a great playthrough! That was such a rough start. You almost lost like 4 or 5 times. The brief moment where you started humming the Wonderball song sent me on such a nostalgia trip. I'd love to see more edited playthroughs like this. The ending with with slaves being gunned down in the background fit the theme perfectly. 🤣
this is what i originally envisioned when adam said he would get with editors to make "rimworld but edited". episodes do great, but like adam said in the pinned comment. youtube Sucks at recommending stuff as a series, i'll regularly get fooled by people who structure long video titles that don't do episode first like "rimworld ep# 3: wow look at that thing that just happened" and instead do it like "rimworld: wow look at that thing that just happened episode# 3" because then i watch stuff out of order and if you are completely blind to a franchise it's difficult to tell the difference between bad game story & a content creator being a fan who over looks it, vs a jumbled up series because of youtube. heck, the first video youtube is telling me to watch next is "our second war thunder community hunt" when i have never even heard of a community hunt challenge in war thunder
Somehow this just now popped up on my notifications. Sorry about that! I feel bad even though it was apparently RUclips's fault lol. Anyway - thanks a ton for the support! Glad you liked this crazy run.
How was your recommendation? Clicking the download button to make is count as fully watched? The hitting the like button and give a nice comment? Man I love the long video, because I so dislike the YT behavior of "next video is .... *drumroll* .. someone racing with a car though downtown and gets hunted by cops, from a channel you never heard of, with a title you never have clicked, with content you would never watch". And these long super cuts are totally my jazz. Nicely done Adam. Hope for more of it!
Appreciate the supercuts, I am sure it is an enormous effort to condense such a huge amount like this. I still like watching the full vods, but these are nice and concise :)
Very high-quality content. I've always loved your Rimworld streams on Twitch, but the edits really compliment your sense of humor and the absurdity that this game lends itself to. Awesome job with this!
I have for a while now listend to your vods during work but since i cant really focus on two things at once, i tend to miss the vital pieces of your playthroughs... So this is just what i need! Hope you continue to grow!
Finally getting around to starting this. Super excited to watch this series, and I’m also super excited to see your first Anomaly run if you end up editing it.
Thanks for doing these editted complete runs. I turn them on when I take cross country road trips and listen to them. They're absolutely great and I look forward to the next one everytime.
I got sick and had to stay home so I watched this in 3 days. Wow what an amazing run, so much fun and wickedness! 😁 So many memorable moment, but my favourite is when VlAdam installed a wooden hand to a brawler just to able to hold a gun and to be unhappy 😂 AMAZING! Thanks for the good times man!
Regarding the profitability of long-form edited content, this video is what made me find and subscribe to your channel. I'm sure I'm not the first either. Maybe that is some consolation. Looking forward to watching more of your content!
It took me a few days to get through the whole thing but I have to say, this was the most "Rimworld" run I've ever seen in Rimworld. If that even makes sense. Thanks Adam!
I love this content, it feels like getting a full series on Netflix without having to wait for episodes. Its so much better. Also the edit is awesome! Even with the new content coming out i will make an effort to watch this fully, it's so fun!
Really really big fan of the fact that rimworld videos tend to be several hours long. I'm very new to this but I've found people playing this game to be an excellent background while i draw, since the visuals aren't necessarily the focus. You can imagine my excitement at this 8 hour video.
Almost committed to watching the VOD but heard edited run is coming, so I waited a bit. Thank you Adam, and thank you editor for the content. Thumbs up.
Just watched a few hours of this, but man! The absolute insanity of a rollercoaster this run is... Hats off to you, mister Adam; this is a work of art, masterwork quality!
Just wanna say, I’ve seen your vids here and there but have never really been able to commit to episodic content . This entire play through in one vid like this made me click the video and sit through a good 3 hours just today. Absolutely loving it and I know I can come back however many times I need . Earnt a sub , really hope you continue doing some series like this !
This just hit my feed, I'm dying, Rimworld has a way of making amazing stories that good creators can make amazing content with, one hour in and I count how many lols I've had!
Hello I got recommended this video and just wanted to give a shout, super awesome video it was relaxing enough so that I could have it in the background while I was working but interesting enough to keep me engaged and rewatch parts I possibly missed. I hope this video did well and I hope to see you pop up more in my recommendations! I’m gonna watch more of your stuff now lol as I’m always looking for someone new to watch
Same! The long format trend threw me off at first but it's so much easier to keep track of unless you're watching the short videos the day they come out.
I really appreciate the edited runs. I love watching instructive and informative edited videos of strategy and sandbox games. So this is like perfect content in my opinon. I'm almost done with the dwarf playthrough as well.
god of the algorithm, bless this long campaign edit, for it's one of the funniest start of all times 🙏🙏 Also Adam, for the edited style of stuff, do you ever think about naming them the " I spent X days in Rimworld 500% no pause as Y" type of titles ? I know for a fact most of my accountless rimworld recommandations tend to be those sort of titles, much more than any others. Cheers for the Anomaly dlc and keep being awsome ! 😊
Due to work i couldn't keep up with the livestreams/vods and got eons behind. I've finished the vods only a few days ago but with all the moments that have happened with this run i am more than willing to rewatch this edited run as an all encompassed highlight of awesomeness! It's unfortunate the upload time but at least for me I'll be watching this in tandem with all the new stuff!
I'll hand the chronically and vertically challenged pawns some shovels so they can help adam dig this video out of the algorithm. I liked the uncut version and I'll drop pod this to some friends who wonder what Rimworld is all about: It's a Vampire Daycare Simulator!
This is genuinely one of the most hilarious videos having to do with rimworld, or even any colony sim. As for your issues with long form content vs multipart series, something i've noticed helps youtube recommend more of the same is putting them in a playlist, AND putting a link to that playlist at or very near the top of your video description, as well as putting it in the "more from" section of the video description. You might also consider putting that playlist as an interactable at the beginning and end of the video so that if someone wants to continue the series, or wants to find where it starts, it's easy to do so. I like both these long form and multipart series, but I agree with you that youtube doesn't exactly accommodate the series style of releasing. But I always look in the description for a link to a playlist of that series if i'm interested in it. Often I don't see a link or anything, and i'll resort to looking through the playlists section of a youtube channel, and being kind of irritated when there are a million playlists to sift through. So when a link to it is put in the description, it makes it a lot easier to continue or start where it began. When there is no link, the chance that i'll dig through a channel to find the rest of the series is a lot lower. Anyway, i found your channel only a couple days ago, and your content is great, the way you play rimworld is both entertaining and informative, I've learned a lot about rimworld just watching a few of your videos!

❤
this is what i originally envisioned when adam said he would get with editors to make "rimworld but edited". episodes do great, but like adam said in the pinned comment. youtube Sucks at recommending stuff as a series, i'll regularly get fooled by people who structure long video titles that don't do episode first like "rimworld ep# 3: wow look at that thing that just happened" and instead do it like "rimworld: wow look at that thing that just happened episode# 3" because then i watch stuff out of order and if you are completely blind to a franchise it's difficult to tell the difference between bad game story & a content creator being a fan who over looks it, vs a jumbled up series because of youtube. heck, the first video youtube is telling me to watch next is "our second war thunder community hunt" when i have never even heard of a community hunt challenge in war thunder
Thanks for recommending this in your first Anomaly stream.
This was an awesome run! Thanks for the edit!
Yes!!! Just in time before the DLC drops!
WIsh I could have had it out a few weeks ago :( Can check pinned comment if interested.
it s perfect for people who don t wanna get spoiled @@AdamVsEverything
❤
@@ysbrann3059 you're right, that's what I did!
Appreciate the supercuts, I am sure it is an enormous effort to condense such a huge amount like this. I still like watching the full vods, but these are nice and concise :)
❤
This is fantastic. I'm halfway through the long form of this run. Great way to give people options on how to watch. Thanks again.
this video was recommended to me lol :) an hour and 45 mins in, loving it, it's wild the shenanigans you get up to
Thanks for everything! Amazing vid! Watched it in one go and im pretty sure i now have perfect vision even in the darkest room.
❤
Loving these edited runs. Learn so much from your vids ❤
I really hope that you can make those series worth, they are great ! Thanks for the upload, i love your energy !
Does anyone know the name of the song that is playing at 5:25:40 ? I love it but i cant for the life of me find it. please and thank you :)

Thanks for the support!
Don't think I have ever laughed so much at a Rimworld run, thanks for the great content, wish I could like the video more than once!
Very high-quality content. I've always loved your Rimworld streams on Twitch, but the edits really compliment your sense of humor and the absurdity that this game lends itself to. Awesome job with this!
I'm watching this one after watching your Anomaly run. I love these fully edited ones
So many good memories. And who could forget dear DirtChild!
I have for a while now listend to your vods during work but since i cant really focus on two things at once, i tend to miss the vital pieces of your playthroughs...
So this is just what i need! Hope you continue to grow!
This has got to be one of the best rimworld runs ive ever seen.
best rimworld youtuber !! love ur videos
❤❤❤❤ can't wait to watch this, then I'm going back and rewatching the VODs 😂
It's one of my favorite 'story' runs. Super crazy lol
That was an amazing watch thanks for this!
Really glad this vid is doing pretty good on YT!! Keep it up Adam
❤
Finally getting around to starting this. Super excited to watch this series, and I’m also super excited to see your first Anomaly run if you end up editing it.
My new favorite run! Great stuff Adam, thanks for posting this.
❤
Holy f, that is awsome, I just started to watch vods from this run yesterday. Thank you for a lot of work!
Did I really watch almost 9 hours of RimWorld content in two days? :.D Great and entertaining run!
Fully edited? Yes, please! I'm excited!
❤
Yay very happy for the trimmed versions! Live streams are just a bit to much for me I usually never finish them. Love the videos adam!
❤
The promised day is upon us 🎉🎉🎉
❤
Thanks for doing these editted complete runs. I turn them on when I take cross country road trips and listen to them. They're absolutely great and I look forward to the next one everytime.
❤
I got sick and had to stay home so I watched this in 3 days. Wow what an amazing run, so much fun and wickedness! 😁
So many memorable moment, but my favourite is when VlAdam installed a wooden hand to a brawler just to able to hold a gun and to be unhappy 😂 AMAZING! Thanks for the good times man!
Hahaha I forgot about that part!
thank you for this Adam & Editors, it will help a lot passing the time between now and 13 hours from now when the DLC drops!
Wow, The funniest thing is looking at the views for this, its performing great. Congrats on the cursed content algorithm W.
Found your channel due to this video. I personally enjoy this type of video for run.
❤
Amazing. I can barely believe I watched the whole thing, but it was definitely worth it. The most iconic moments of any run.
I love this content, it feels like getting a full series on Netflix without having to wait for episodes. Its so much better. Also the edit is awesome! Even with the new content coming out i will make an effort to watch this fully, it's so fun!
Nice! Gonna watch this after I finish the melee gods run, which I had somehow missed for the longest time
Awesome - thanks for watching!
Hats off to you, mister Adam; this is a work of art, masterwork quality!
ohhhh so this is the new editing method! ONE MASSIVE MOVIE!!!! GENIUS!
I like what you do. Stopped on 13:50. Will keep going tomorrow, thanks!
This is one of the funniest things I have ever watched. Thank you for posting this.
oh my god, I was looking for something to watch and browsing your lists when I saw this. Feels like christmas!
15 mins in and this is already Adam’s funniest run by far. Love it
This just hit my feed, I'm dying, Rimworld has a way of making amazing stories that good creators can make amazing content with, one hour in and I count how many lols I've had!
Downloading it rn! This run was hilarious!
I like this format more than multiple short videos. Great run 😊
Same! The long format trend threw me off at first but it's so much easier to keep track of unless you're watching the short videos the day they come out.
1:20:29 One of my absolute all time favorite Adam moments was when you look at his moodlets and have your mind-reading vampire arrest him 😂😂😂
I really appreciate the edited runs. I love watching instructive and informative edited videos of strategy and sandbox games. So this is like perfect content in my opinon. I'm almost done with the dwarf playthrough as well.
god of the algorithm, bless this long campaign edit, for it's one of the funniest start of all times 🙏🙏
Also Adam, for the edited style of stuff, do you ever think about naming them the " I spent X days in Rimworld 500% no pause as Y" type of titles ? I know for a fact most of my accountless rimworld recommandations tend to be those sort of titles, much more than any others.
Cheers for the Anomaly dlc and keep being awsome ! 😊
Due to work i couldn't keep up with the livestreams/vods and got eons behind. I've finished the vods only a few days ago but with all the moments that have happened with this run i am more than willing to rewatch this edited run as an all encompassed highlight of awesomeness! It's unfortunate the upload time but at least for me I'll be watching this in tandem with all the new stuff!
I've watched most of your runs and they are all great...but this one made me laugh till I cried. Needed some humor this week so thank you :)
wow, this was pure gold, except the parts that were pure FBI watchlist. Probably the best rimworld playthrough i've watched so far.
Had to come back and watch this run, I skipped to anomaly and there were so many references. Hilarious run, thank you Adam!
amazing. 51mins in … totally invested
I absolutely love themed runs! Really looking forward to seeing this sanguophage adventure unfold!
That was certainly quite the run with quite a few unexpected turns!
I look forward to watching, just wanted to say first: the "4K" badge in the corner of the thumbnail is awesome!
Amazing content got me hooked up till the end!
