I loved this workout! Thank you so much for providing creative and challenging leg day exercises! The same old squats, although I know they are important, get old! Time just flies with your workouts! Kudos to being such an engaging and accomplished trainer!
Do you have an idee for me: beeing 60i soon. Made lots of sports a few years ago. Today (after corona and other things) I just cannot recall the energy for workouts as before. that makes me sad though I know it's not getting easier getting older:-). thank you for isolating individual legs! it's so important so you're not compensating, and you don't know until you're you're doing one legged squats or one legged bridges.
