    OMG amazing!!! I repeated the strength section and was absolutely dying by the end (in the best way). Love love love lower body!!! Thank you Michelle and crew. Your workouts have helped me work through my anxiety and depression and start to love my body for the first time in year. 🥰❤

    WOW! That was killer! Really loved the new moves. Every time I hear you say “I’m sweating already!” I think to myself “already?! I’ve been sweating since forever now!” 😂 It’s great tho. Feeling strong working out with you and crew! Thank you! And yes, I heard those lyrics 😄

    Waouh what a such Intense workout ! It's burning 🔥 calories ! It remembered me Step workout i use to do. Thank you so much Michelle to variate the workouts. It's a way not to stay in the comfort zone. So thank you so much Michelle and your crew. I really enjoy it !😅

    Thank you Michelle, this was a tough workout. Loved the music choices and all the single leg squat movements. I’m trying to get my pistol squat, what exercises would you recommend? I struggle with the strength to push up again rather than ankle mobility.

    I loved this workout! Thank you so much for providing creative and challenging leg day exercises! The same old squats, although I know they are important, get old! Time just flies with your workouts! Kudos to being such an engaging and accomplished trainer!

    Do you have an idee for me: beeing 60i soon. Made lots of sports a few years ago. Today (after corona and other things) I just cannot recall the energy for workouts as before. that makes me sad though I know it's not getting easier getting older:-).
    Thanks for this powerful workout; now I'm kind of fixed and done:-) Greeting from Switzerland

    My legs were burning! I used yoga blocks in place of a bench and they worked great! Thank you!

    thank you for isolating individual legs! it's so important so you're not compensating, and you don't know until you're you're doing one legged squats or one legged bridges.
