1/4 Spikes are not good enough…..

Leading into championship season…..you know I have to use my platform to remind everyone…..
1/4 spike limits for javelin throwers are bad!!!
3/8 is allowed by WA and NCAA rules for a reason. The best throwers should have the option to go longer.
To limit them is to risk safety and performance potential.
