- Inspired by EditNinjas epic Batman & Robin recut trailer, I decided to create one for Batman Forever, granted this film is no where near as bad as B & R and in my opinion, doesnt deserve all the hate it gets. So heres my "serious" trailer for Batman Forever, enjoy! :D

Val Kilmer is a brilliant actor and I’m sure he would deliver an even better performance if he was in The Dark Knight trilogy.
I remember when I saw Batman Returns in 1992 during the Michael Keaton part of the era for some odd reason I thought that was the cutoff for the Batman franchises until I was planet Hollywood with my parents back when I was 12 and advertised a new Jim Carrey movie and saw it was for a new Batman film I was psyched lol
Seeing the Fathom Event presentation for this, today. Your trailer has me pumped, like I was as an 8 year old back in 1995.

Batman Forever will always be my favorite Batman film because it was the first I ever saw in theaters, back when I was six years old. It was interesting to see it reimagined as a darker, more brooding film in this recut trailer. Thanks! Great work!

Alfred knowing that Greyson has become what Bruce has forgotten, the young man needing Justice, and was going to get himself killed without the proper guidance. Alfred, knowing what has happened to Bruce, reveals the secret he has been keeping guard of for many years, the Batcave has a secret hidden compartment... the REAL batcave, the Riddler didn't even know about. Alfred sends Bruce into the deep darkness where he confronts his worst fear.... and pledges to be Batman forevermore.....
Yeah I agree with you. this movie is nothing but a guilty pleasure and some childhood memories for me. I think when people think of Batman & Robin they automatically include this one without knowing it.
Anyway, I can honestly say that this is the most epic trailer I have seen for Batman Forever! haha really awesome job bro.

I'm impressed, this is a very very great Batman Forever trailer. I'm only have a question; what program or what do you do for remaster the deleted scenes?
Superb my friend--this really shows the potential of how much better 'Forever' could have been. I think this movie was actually intended to be darker but still maintain some of its intended campiness, but of course Warner Bros. actually made Schumacher lighten things up a bit. Too bad. Considering Burton was on as producer, a lot of potential for 'Forever' to be 10x better was not realized sadly, but still was a decent film though obviously not the greatest.

It was actually explained in the original 160 minute final cut.... but fucken WB had Schumacher edit it out as they forced him to butcher the film to shreds.... Basically he's Batman Forever, because the film, as it was originally concieved and edited showed Bruce Wayne slowly becoming the dominant personality to the point where eventually(after he was shot) he totally forgot he was once the Batman. Then Alfred realised without the Batman, Dick Greyson was going to his death(cont next post).
What are you on about every scene in this trailer was in the final film. It was just cleverly edited to make it appear darker than it actually was. Batman Forever wasn't as bad as Batman and Robin, but if you think about it we might never have had the brilliant Nolan Dark Knight movies if it had it not messed with the franchise.
Wow... just fucking wow!! I already love this film but the way you cut that trailer, the editing, the pace, and the music, it all brought out the best dark/epic elements of the film... such an amazing job!
Fantastic trailer! This movie is both undervalued but also has a fair bit to answer for setting the path to Batman and Robin. Val was actually a pretty damn good Batman and Bruce Wayne, though I was never that fond of Jones' Two Face or Carry's Riddler. The plot of the film was petty fun and enjoyable though - I just think it started the problem B and R had of trying to do both Comic and Adam West style Batman at the same time - disasterous really.

Incredible trailer man,the music was very well chosen.The editing was great as always.
I actually really liked Batman Forever.Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones were great and Val Kilmer was pretty decent (Plus I'm a huge fan of Nicole Kidman lol).It was a real fun movie.Batman & Robit however was a freakin' disaster haha.

Who said this movie was bad. I loved this when I was younger, although there is a lot of crappy stuff in it, Kilmer was way better than Keaton or Clooney.

I remember watching Batman Forever when I was a kid. But fortunately I didn't remember that Dent is Two-face at the time I watched The Dark Knight.
I explained to you what it ment(or what it ment when the 2 hour 40 minute film wasn't studio ruined into just being 2 hours). Bruce Wayne remembers why he is/was/will-be the Batman, and why he will be the Batman forevermore, to protect the innocent from the evil criminals that exist in the world.... The Innocent that would suffer like he(and now Robin) did, without brave heroes to protect them. So I got a little sidetracked? I'm a Batman Forever fan....
Wow! Pretty good work with the muted colours, and pieces you chose, the order you edited them in, the use of the deleted scenes - awesome. I especially like the opening sequence in this - pure, dark Batman! I'm so glad you made this!
they should have robin in the new batman at the end like batman is about to die and then robin saves him and then batman is like who are u? then robin says "iam robin" and then it ends and robin is all kick ass
When you describe the movie like that, it makes it sound... good.
See? Even with all it's camp and humor, it's still deep and engrossing on some level.

Ypou didn't see my previous post. I was talking about the original 160 minute Joel Schumacher edit of the film. The one that has never been released... Also you're wrong anyway, the scene at 1:29 to 1:39 is from the director's cut, not the theatrical cut.

Batman Forever has it´s flaws but it was a fun movie to watch as a teenager , although the villains were a little bit too cartoony , but definitely not as bad as Batman and Robin .
And Val Kilmer was probably the one who did the best job on portraying the two sides of the Character and wasn´t just a good Batman or a good Bruce Wayne .
Better than the original trailer. Makes me want to watch it all over again. Actually, I think this trailer was better than the whole movie - and that's coming from someone who actually liked Batman Forever! LOL

all these scenes were filmed... and none made it into the studio approved version. They just didn't care, they wanted a 2 hour PG film, and they fucked Schumacher(and Burton who was still actually director when the film went into production WITH THE SAME SCREENPLAY!) over. WB ruined Batman Forever, and Schumacher, who still wanted to direct another Batman anyway despite being treated that way, decided to deliver the studio what he thought they obviously wanted for the 4th film.... Pure Camp.

@PerhapsPossibly Iv downloaded around 5 volumes of Beyond Music sound FX folders, everything you hear in this trailer that isnt speech or music is from that (although the track where the end logos appear is from the Groove Addicts "drone" section)

Fantastic! There were some promising moments from a usually good director, but overall the thing stank. People didn;t want camp Batman in the times of 'Year One' and 'The Long Halloween'
