    Wow so wonderful thank you so much..i feel like I am completely aligned with my energy centers and very light and balanced. Before I started I had a migraine coming and it is completely gone. Thank you so much.. I will do it every day now ❤

    I like your older videos where you did the exercises in a polo and sweats, feels more relatable and relaxing that way lol
