I think Original BR Timeline Bowser is one of the strongest villains in your Universe.
He was able to keep coming back stronger than ever even after being beaten more than 8 times in a row.
Only Vargas and Oringal BR Timeline Wart were able to survive anywhere close to that.

True, though if I would've been able to create Characters like today, he defenitly wouldn't had returned that often. That's also the reason for odd "Guest" Characters like Eggman or Wily. I really didn't wanted to use Bowser anymore at a certain point xD.
