John Guntank has two very small pockets. 😂 Another fun video! The edits were funny and it was cool to see you try to do something with these fragile, box-stock Guntanks. Real “glass cannons”. Haha. I’m looking forward to the continuation of the Zeon campaign when you have time.

@@shaminy1823 The Guntanks were so challenging, I don’t even know why it’s an option to pilot in this game😂
My next video will be the continuation of the Zeon campaign👍🏻

A damn shame. I love the look of the Guncannon MP type.

Aye! they did great work with the in game models. You can tell the devs working on this loved the IP and wanted each Mobile Suit to look their best for the time.
It's a shame that Bamco haven't explored the idea of a high detailed mech sim like this since it launched.

@@cooljim1376 I agree with you 100%! I downloaded the ripped models for this game, and you wouldn't believe how detailed the models are.
In every Guntank, the head compartment has the cockpit and pilot completely modeled even though it can never be seen in game. In all Zeon mono-eye suits, the actual gimbal that supports the eye is modeled as well.
There are several details you'll never actually see in game, and I believe it's part of the reason why the game suffers from frame-rate issues on the PS3. I will be doing a community post that showcases how mechanically detailed the models are

In all fairness to the dev team, they weren't aware of the PS3's specs at the time of development iirc. The situation was not further aided by the fact the PS3 launched with abysmal performance all across the board with other games suffering similar issues.
If Bandai weren't so obsessed with gacha games, a game like this built from the ground up with PC in mind would compete well with the Mechwarrior series. Not a high bar to pass considering how mediocre Piranha Games' handling of MW5.

@@cooljim1376 That’s also true, it’s truly a shame that Gundam games became so generic after Crossfire. Zeonic Front and the versus series on PS2 are similar to Gundam Crossfire in the sense that they were meant to be played as tactical military shooters. My oldest brother would spend hours on Zeonic Front back in the day planning routes for missions. Even Federation VS Zeon’s gameplay and mechanics can be compared to Crossfire.
Most Gundam games were fairly tactical and militaristic until Crossfire flopped. After that most games became cartoony and comical. This is often why I reminisce over the PS2 era of Gundam games along with Gundam Crossfire

Guntank II fully upgraded is 'okay' but MP Guntank is actually terrible the reloading animation is pretty neat though.

@@sev2136 The reload animation and tank tread animation is very impressive. The model is incredibly detailed, each shell is modeled into the backpack

For legal reasons I definitely cannot recommend you to go to the Vimm’s Lair website or the ROMS Megathread website to download the ROM files for free (WINK WINK😉)
Also recommend you watch RPCS3 Setup Guide by the channel UrCasualGamer
