@@RyanSilva-ep6mm The eastern kami band still performs with them but not so often anymore and only in Japan bcs they all have their own projects they r working on. Western kami band is like their main band now for touring, thats what i heard.

Havn't been able to get it off repeat except for 4 hours yesterday when I had to work, hardly had any sleep as such a great song and funny, brilliant video. I love the acting from the Girls, they never cease to amaze, This is a great intro, great son and as usual great reaction but today IT GOES RATATATATA!!!!

New collaboration with Electric Callboy dropped a couple days ago called Ratatata, it's an absolute banger and doing huge numbers worldwide . Looking for a reaction soon from you guys
Good reaction. They first played this song on the 2018 tour, but it was a Su-metal solo and we didn't know the song title - it was listed on a set list somebody got hold of as 'Tattoo'.
Only when they released the album in October 2019 did we find out the song title - and Su was no longer alone on the stage, there was Moa with the Avenger of the day and this new choreo.
Polyphia and Electric Callboy are playing at Fox Fest as I write this,so far BABYMETAL has performed Brand New Day with Polyphia . Now I'm waiting to hear if BABYMETAL has performed the new collaboration with Electric Callboy called Ratatata
They did. The two singers from Electric Callboy joined BABYMETAL on stage for this song.

Both sets of the Kami Band looks exactly alike since the western Kami Band was introduced in 2019 (except for the LMG shows... for a good reason).
Not the best compilation video to actually appreciate Barone's signature technique on that final blastbeat: gravity blast.
Not a recent video, this is from 2019 (Live at the Forum) and early 2020 (Legend Metal Galaxy - Day 2).

Awesome guys, great reaction as always! Kami West absolutely crushed it. And after multiple years touring with Babymetal, they definitely sound much tighter together recently.
Also, this song is very reflective of the maturity in Babymetal’s 3rd album. All attitude and sass, haha. Rightly so, as the girls grow into amazing young ladies in their 20s.

Nice reaction. This was a great performance. Babymetal doing their more mature choreography on this one. And still playing jokes on each other. During this tour on one of their smaller shows. When they came walking out or should I say strutting out. They let one of them go out by herself and then Su and the other one ran out at the last moment to start the song. Laughing the whole time. It was at this point that I started to hope that Momoko would become an official member. The Kamiband getting to show off some here is always a please and something Babymetal fans look forward to at their concerts. See a video by Babymetal that says with intro. Instant click. Clint was a guitarist in Galactic Empires and switched to bass for the Kami band. I don't think anyone would argue that he is better than BOH though. BOH is a master. Yes that was a Schechter.

If I remember correctly, after 2017 or 2018, even the original Eastern Kami band were made to wear the same, or similar, Predator looking masks. What I do to tell the difference is I look at the instruments (Boh's 6 string bass and Takayoshi Ohmura's pink glittery guitar), plus the Western guys have big hairy arms and they are just bigger bulky looking guys compared to the original Eastern Kami guys.🤘🦊🤘
The masks were introduced in 2019 at the first concerts of the year, 'BABYMETAL AWAKENS - THE SUN ALSO RISES' (June 28th & 29th at Yokohama Arena).
Those shows had the Eastern Kamis.
The Western Kamis had the same masks when they were introduced at the first USA show later that same year.

The bassist of the Western Kami Band, Clint Tustin, is originally a guitarist, this explains why he is using a pick on his bass. You may also find it amazing that he just joined a band called "Erra" ;)

The Western Kamis just played it live with BABYMETAL and the Electric Callboy singers last night.
If you like the Kami-west band, check out Galactic Empire. The 2 guitar players are members, not sure about the others. They are a Star Wars themed band w/ costumes. 🤘
American Kamiband is also four times the weight of the Japanese 😉
Barone (Western Kami drummer) gets the same surprised reaction to this performance as Boh gets whenever he did a bass solo. I’m not one of those BabyMetal fans than like to compare which set of Kami members are better. I don’t know why the Japanese Kami members haven’t been touring with BabyMetal. But I do appreciate that the Western Kami are here. To me, whoever supports BabyMetal… be it fans, backing band, artists, etc… are all good to me.

Both Kami bands are absolute awesome players! But you can hear the difference between the western and Japanese style of playing! Like I said both bands are beasts but Boh, Leda, Takayoshi and Hideki have something that the others don’t! I couldn’t tell you what it is but I can really feel it!!!
I have covered most BabyMetal songs on drums..once you get used to playing that fast..it is not very difficult

Suzuka's vocals here show why she is my favorite female vocalist of all time and Moa's seductive choreography is absolutely stunning.
This was the girls transition into young ladies.

The two worst kept secrets in the history of Rock'n Roll are that Rob Halford is gay and who the members of Western Kami Band are. At least Rob was able to come out of the closet.

Clint Tustin the bass player is not a bass player, he's normally a guitar player, thus his style of playing reflects that.
MISA from Band-Maid is the master of both slap and pick on the bass and get transitions between the two is just, *chef's kiss*.
The East Kamis have not done in intro since 2017 Fox Festivals. Kagerou was actually a Su solo song when introduced in 2018 (video from 2 festival shows available) The West Bass is actually a guitar player and just plays the Bass for BM. You also tell just by their instruments, who's playing. The East all have their own signature guitars. Although Takayoshi Ohmura usually is playing the late Mikio's Guitar (ESP Snapper 7 - Burgundy Mist).. Which he plays exclusively now on Pop singer's A-MEI. tour. East Kamis have not played for Babymetal since January 2023. Where on the Blu-ray of the concert they got not one direct shot in the whole show. Kinda of shady.

Anthony Barone is a real monster on the drums giving the song a unique feel. Nobody can play bass like Boh xd. I had the pleasure seeing this song played live at the Legend MM 20 night show and dang is it good! I was so happy that they brought it back after it hasn’t been played for a while :) 🤘🦊🔥
