I just started using this machine. It works wonders and burns!. I can feel it hitting muscles I have never reached before. Definitely gonna try these exercises for my stomach. I didn't know I wasnt working out the right muscles for a year!. I started using the ab crunch machine and I can feel the burn in my stomach immediately!. Both of these exercises I am positive I will have a six pack by next summer. So excited!

Sir I am eating grated cauliflower (with other veg and chicken) as a substitute for rice ....I eat 2 eggs in the morning and cauliflower in the afternoon...and in between maybe some fruits.. what should I eat in the evening (as dinner)?

I have been working out seriously for roughly 10 months and while everything is toning up rather well I still have a bit of belly fat that doesn't seem to understand it's time to go away.
I'm thin, and have always been so, but this is the first time I've really put some hard work into my workouts and while it may be mildly trivial, this belly is becoming an obstacle for the definition that's occurring all around it...
Any ideas?
Ari Adams yes start adding some resistance to your core workouts. Also train your core everyday and start really watching what you eat. You may be thin but if you still are messing up on your nutrition it can store belly fat
Try walking! Is also helping! Just to be clear : walking , NOT running. Eventually add increase angle to it.

You didn’t give any instructions when doing these exercises - should I be holding my stomach muscles in or should they be relaxed ?
What position should my feet be in ?
Should my shoulders be drawn back or relaxed forward ?
I’ve learned that it’s better to tighten your core muscles when you’re exercising like anything, ESPECIALLY your core. It helps them work more efficiently and helps your workout.
Keep your feet at a comfortable stance, flat on the ground at shoulder width or a little more. Bonus points if you’re slightly bending your knees and squeezing your thigh muscles. Last thing you want to be when you’re working out is loose. You don’t get as good of a workout vs tightening your muscles.
Shoulders look relaxed but not too forward or back. Don’t relax forward because it might feel like you’re starting to pull your arm out of your socket. Just straighten your back with your shoulders a little pulled back but firm in place when pulling.
It’s always difficult starting off, especially when people aren’t very thorough in their videos, they just assume people know exactly what to do. I exercised a lot in high school from sports and dance so I learned mostly from there but 5 years after graduating and not working out, I had so much gym anxiety and when I would try to workout out at home, it was like I didn’t know how to do anything anymore. It helps watching a lot of other videos where people are way more explanatory

It was easy for me to get bigger arms in 2 weeks cuz my arms are a bit skinny but I've always had difficulty losing belly fat so I'm fat and skinny at the same time I'd guess but atleast now I know what to do I think

I went from 237 lbs to 195 all I did for that was walk and run but that only helped so much😭 I still have fat that is just there kinda hanging in my lower stomach and I eat healthy but it doesn’t go away, do these types of exercises help to get rid of my fat?

Yes the exercises can help but honestly you might need a customized plan to lose the extra fat

Tomorrow will be my first day at a gym EVER & I'm 56. I caught COVID at the end of November but didn't know till December 10th. Now I am still trying to recover from that, double phenomena & a urinary tract infections. I've only been back to work for 3 weeks. I work fast & hard + lift heavy boxes of freight in a store. I was doing a protein diet of only protein powders, drinks, & TV dinners ( 60 to 75 g a day ) for 3 days I cut way way down & feel better. I'm still getting tired easy & can only lift 10 pounds without over doing it. What advise can you give me ?? Thanks for your video. How do I get your free stuff ??

Settled on behind while keeping the arms locked out...love it champ these are now part of my staple along with a captain chair routine I do✊🏾
