    @befitnomenal I'm not sure what speed you used on yours for your calfs, but I had to stop and go at a lower speed mine was going to hard. Lol I made it to 5min, then stopped. I normally do standing 20 min but sitting down I never did b4 watching your video today. Maybe your in to good of shape to feel it.

    You have no idea how helpful this was for me!! I just recently started at PF and I walked in so overwhelmed because I couldn’t understand how to use some of the equipment… I did the treadmill, a couple arm equipment and walked out!! lol tomorrow I’m going back and looking for all the equipment in this video 😂😂😂 … thank you!!

    'm 64 those of jumping out like a jumping bean is over I wake up in the morning all sluglish.Since I brought my vibrating plate I stand on my vibrating plate after get from bed in the morning after 15 minutes on the highest setting it just wakes up my sluggish body you can feel the blood rushing through your body and it energize the body.I know use the vibrating plate machine every morning and evening before I go to bed.

    @BeFitNoMenal I do have a question for you. I’am 5’1 and 265 pounds. I have osteoarthritis in ankles and my knees are pretty good. Any suggestions for me as far as workouts are concerned because I am going to lose 125 pounds that is my goal I just need to know where do I start.

That’s what is gonna help you lose the weight the fastest and most efficient. Other than that, it’s hard to say without having more context and talking with you. Some low impact workouts would probably be good for you. I have a few videos with low impact workouts. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat

    I have a question. I just started my journey today at PF. Im a veteran, and have damage thats still painful in both hips from my time in service. Is there a different way I can activate those muscles that the squats and jump squats target? Squats are, unfortunately, a no-go for me right now until the VA can figure out how to fix my hips. Any advice is greatly appreciated! I want to lose weight, but more importantly get stronger and in better shape to improve my health!

    It’s thought though that a longer rest of 2-3mins is better for muscle growth

      You can still build muscle with shorter breaks but yes if your main goal for that exercise day is to lift heavy so you can build muscle. You will need longer breaks for sure.
