these curried eggs are a must have for any bbq or party. really cheap and easy to make. great on the salads table. they store in the fridge for a week.
Thanks for an old fashioned take on a classic. I always add sultans to chicken and veg curries also, they give a lovely sweet burst even in a spicy curry.
I don't use Keen's curry but I use the hot curry that is in the Asian Grocers as I also use that curry for other Southeast Asian dishes. I add a little bit of sugar to balance the hotness of the curry where it has a widened taste. Some finely chopped fresh chives adds a little crunch.
