I just purchased one for my two daughters and myself. My daughters truly despise letting anyone but me do their hair. So I decided I needed a little help. I love how your hair came out. I’ll have to use the settings you used for one of my daughters, but a bit of a lower setting for my other daughter. I’m praying this helps me with trimming their hair as well. Thank you for sharing.

Your supposed to glide it over your roots. Not pump it. They have videos on their channel you can look at for how to use it properly

Does it say in the manual NOT to move it up and down?
Yes it does. All you need to do is keepnit close to the scalp and move it in a circular pattern for the roots to get straight. The way she was using it will contribute to arm fatigue
