AKG Motorsport Stage II Shifter & DSSR Unboxing and DIY Install on BMW E30

Tian's Spec E30 shifter broke off during a race so we are doing an unboxing and install of the AKG Motorsport Stage II shifter on his BMW E30 racecar. This CNC aluminum shifter is made in the USA, we paired it with AKG's DSSR to reduce the free play and wobble in the shifter for clean and crisp shifts.

Seems not uncommon, might be age with the e30s, same thing happened to a friend's car recently too.
