Chiles rellenos 101| Super Fluffy

Chile rellenos can seem pretty intimidating to make but in reality they are super easy and delicious! For this recipe you will need:
12 Chile poblanos
12 large eggs
Queso fresco
Monterey Jack cheese
One cup of flour ( to coat the chiles)
For the sauce:
3 tomatoes
4 Chile Guajillos
1/4 piece of onion
1tbs cumin
1Tbs oregano
2tbs chicken bullion
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
You will also need clean frying oil
