Charan Satheesh if you have an iPhone XS, you can download Cortex Cam from the App Store. It lets you take 27 megapixel photos genuinely, its a sort of combination of Apple’s deep fusion and night mode. But its been available for years now and I’ve always used it. First learn how it works, and bam, it has more potential than Apple’s own night mode
Charan Satheesh if you have a XS, anything would be an upgrade. I prefer my old iPhone 7 Plus over the XS. The 11 Pro is sort of playing catch up but I would put it on par with iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve been an iPhone photographer for years and this XS I’m currently using to type this is by far the worst iPhone I’ve ever used. There is no way to adjust the exposure in the camera (not even in third party apps), and there’s no way to disable HDR here. The option is there but it’s placebo. They finally allow you to adjust exposure on the iPhone 11 but not disable HDR. So iPhone 8 Plus/X is still the best iPhone for a professional in my experience.
I upgraded from XS MAX 512GB to PRO MAX 512GB. The only real difference I notice in the camera and battery is that the camera app is faster and the Zoom in on 1080p is better. what I really wanted was 1TB of storage for my RUclips videography and vacation vlogs. iMovie iOS requires a large amount of space to shoot 4K60FPS videos and still be able to finalize them on the phone itself. I have roughly 450GB of space for my videos. If they gave me a 1TB storage option I'd have over 800GB and I'd be happy enough to drop $2000 on that. #2 to be perfectly honest, I haven't really seen a huge difference in video quality since iPhone got 1080p in the 6 Plus. The 4K is an advantage if you are viewing on a 4K devices, but most of my viewers are using mobile devices. Video quality is excellent for my Yotubbing but 4K60fps video is storage hungry, POWER HUNGRY and sometimes I feel like I get diminishing returns because many people watching my videos can't take advantage of it.
vai negi I found it less brighter and much warmer than the Xs Max just tried it with a clean white background and a black background you can really notice the difference
Actually, that's his job, trying to make everything looks cool and amazing so people enjoy the video, and we bored with your fansboy "Android did that last year" comments...
@@ryanalf3563 This is the only comment I've made. I don't know where you are getting that I've made other comments from. And it's not really fanboy if I'm speaking facts. I never said any phone is better than any other. I simply stated that other phones have the same feature so it isn't anything to get excited about. It just so happens that almost every other phone runs android lol.
I just went to Yellowknife, Canada and took some northern light photos with iPhone 11 & a tripod. The photos looks good, and of course not as good as a DSLR.
Every tech blogger and tech enthusiasts who have used this phone is going bananas over it, I have one and I don't really see much difference from the previous generation except wide-angle shot. Most pictures taken at indoor and outdoor at daylight have a much warmer tone ALMOST like note10, the difference is seen at night. However, video recording is awesome and the night mode is good (Catching up with pixel and Huawei). Still, I don't like the warmer tone in the picture even with HDR on.
Good to hear... I bought an app for night mode on the XS. It works like a charm. All this reviewers make you feel like you should upgrade if you like photo's. My experience XS is still very good.
He's astonished with the fact that it can record in the ultrawide and switch through cameras while recording but the Mate 20 Pro from last year could do that along with the S10 from early this year.
Reverse Thinker I wouldn’t talk so soon at most they will be equal I highly doubt the Pixel 4 will be any much better than the IPhone camera. Don’t forget Apple is not a sucker they definitely prepared for the Pixel 4 release that’s why they got deep fusion coming out soon. In the end though even if the Pixel 4 is better it won’t be that much better, and 2nd place isn’t bad.
@@Marco-em2in previously iPhone put all effort in making lens better but google master stroke it with improving AI by pixel binning technology and beats even iPhone X in picture quality even having single freaking camera now imagine it with 2 😍
To see a difference in quality, you probably need an iPhone 12
Let’s be realistic, are we all trying to be professional photographers? Unless that’s the case, the differences are not that significant.
The iPhone Xs also has the High Key Mono filter for portraits
Will the iPhone XS get the night mode? Hopefully through software

I want to upgrade to the 11 just for the camera technology

Bigtruckseriesreview Motorsports , 1080 p came in the 4S
Best review I’ve read yet. You should make a video. You seem way more knowledgeable than this guy
Does anyone know if LG still makes the OLED screens for the regular 11 Pro? I found out on the Xs the screen a bit warmer than the Xs Max 🤔
W Daniel Garcia if i am not wrong but lg has a bad record of producing mediocre oled displays ( pixel2,3,lgv30)
how bad is it on xs?
vai negi
I found it less brighter and much warmer than the Xs Max just tried it with a clean white background and a black background you can really notice the difference
How did you manually get 28s exposure?
Yes
I just took off the case on my Pro max wanted to have a feel of the phone itself
Keep your Xs
5:53 why does the quality of both of those portrait look freaking horrible. Not a good example to showcase what these cameras are actually like.
So night mode is just bracketing with long shutter speeds?
Yea its software not hardware. Apple can add it tk XS and other iphones
as a new iphone user, would you think i should get xs or 11? They are priced the same in my country
Xs for screen but 11 for everything else
He's so amazed at how he can switch cameras while taking video. The LG V40 from last year can do it. Any three camera phone from this year can do it.

Which is better to buy now between iPhone 11 and xs max ?
Mzwandile Harmans if you use camera a lot get the iphone 11 its great.
I do. A lot
Mzwandile Harmans the 2x (actually the regular 1x 52mm) is without doubt the least useful camera, while the wide angle is what you always wanted.
@@TheMicroaggressor Ummm... not for me. It was the telephoto camera that I always use a lot. Ultrawide has never been that important to me.
