GET THE GAS OUT | Laparoscopy POST-OP Healing TIPS

I had both a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done at the same time but I do believe healing from the Lap was much more difficult. Here are my tips for getting that painful CO2 gas out and getting yourself on the road to recovery.
